Next is a song that got shot back into the top ten thanks to a little-known show called Britain's Got Talent. It seems weird to be describing this among 2011's singles, but it was in 2011 when it hit it's peak, despite it's classic status.

At 69, Black Eyed Peas with their second single from the poor-selling album ''The Beginning" and namesake to the Depeche Mode classic, this is one of my least favourite songs of 2011, for reasons I can't put my finger on, fares better on here than "The Time (Dirty Bit)". JCGE finishes higher than FC as it recieved four "5"s compared to FC's two.

Even though we're still in negative figures, we've reached the top half of the countdown, seems that 2011's hates outweighed the loves, ah well, next is N-Dubz frontman, Dappy with his debut single, outperforming N-Dubz' previous efforts (as lead artists) to reach number one. NR finishes higher than JCGE as it recieved five "5"s compared to JCGE's four.

Next up is one of the catchier songs of 2011, reaching number #2 and the YTD top 20, I wonder how likely it is that Aloe will reach the top 10 again, or is he destined for one hit wonder status?

I can't see Aloe Blacc ever getting a big hit again. He's definitely talented enough to, but I don't think he's *trying* to, if that makes sense. If he ever does want to release a commercial hit again, he probably could. Although I Need a Dollar wasn't really that commercial in 2011's environment anyway.

I wish Just Can't Get Enough got positive points overall. :( I think I was probably responsible for all of its 5s. That song is so catchy, and I'm glad it was such a big hit.

Another song that got a second shot at fame, fuelled by another Cowell machine The X Factor, also gaining its peak in 2011. The song was chosen by the powers that be as the winner's song from 2011 X Factor, Little Mix. Their version is yet to come...

Can't really remember this song much, but after listening to it again, it's a nice enough track, not a patch on my favourite Katy B song though (Lights On) but IMHO much, much better than Katy On A Mission.

64? Adele? Oh yeah, it was before she ruled the world, and this Bob Dylan cover still had enough life in it to return for it's fourth top ten run in 2011, 'tis a beautiful version, which can be appreciated more now you don't hear it EVERYWHERE, her other two top ten songs are shockingly still to come. On another note, MYFML's results in 2011 were nearly identical to BR's in fact, distinguishing them boils down to the fact MYFML recieved four "2"s and BR recieved two.

Up next were Olly Murs' conspirators from "Heart Skips A Beat", with their first single, definitely a grower for me, from feeling indifferent about it to loving it, for me Rizzle Kicks are the most feel-good artists out in the UK scene at the moment.

Yes, even Buzzjack Belle, Rihanna can't escape getting a negative scoring song, true only just and her other six top tens fared better. I think releasing this as a single was a mistake in hindsight, even though I liked it on Loud, it really belongs as an album track.

Another Buzzjack fave Leona crashes out at 61. it managed two weeks in the top ten without one loon giving it a "5", which would leave one to think it's a crap song, which it isn't just a tad dull. Although Leona's only card has been played. Avicii has still got one more to go...

Here's another song using an expletive in it's title, which proves that swearing is cool, however I do prefer the explicit version to this song as it adds to the message, nice that it made top ten, which it did ever so barely. FP finishes higher than Collide as it recieved one "5" compared to Collide's none.

Another song which just scraped into the top ten, is this forgettable single from Pixie, which you preferred to her number one, bit surprised it has come even this high to be honest. WDYTMF? Finishes above FP as WDYTMF? Recieved two "4"s compared to FP's one.

The last song to finish on negative points is Katy B's signifigant improvement on "Katy On A Mission", A. because it features Ms. Dynamite, which is always a bonus, and B because it's a catchy club song that isn't generic, one of my growers of the year.

The first song to get all positive on our assess, is the Rihanna-assisted Drake track, "Take Care", which has probably been helped by featuring the Barbadian. The song's hook is great, but the rest of the song falls a bit flat. This pair have another track together with Drake taking a back seat.

I think, given that his other two top tens from 2011 are right at the bottom, the fact that "Beautiful People" racked up one point, means that Buzzjack loved it inspite of themselves, and true it is a good club anthem with a European feel supplied by Benassi. BP finishes higher than TC as it recieved twelve "5"s compared to TC's one.

Another 2010 leftover in form of the Elton John cover by Ellie Goulding, who has gone into hibernation for a bit, which as far as i'm concerned isn't such a bad thing, as she's not my cup of tea at all.

Here's a Buzzjack favourite not doing as well as one would have thought. Although, if it continues under the same steam, follow-up "What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)" will probably finish higher on the 2012 countdown, which is right as it is the superior song.
