April 15, 201213 yr Really happy with Rosberg getting his first win! Loved the massive train there was from 2nd to 12th or so - amazing racing! :D
April 19, 201213 yr Author Force India #F1 team attacked with petrol bomb in Bahrain http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/1776..._medium=twitter :o They should cancel the race definitely.
April 19, 201213 yr Definitely cancel it there's no way it should take place if that's going to keep happen. Thank goodness the people from Force India are all right
April 19, 201213 yr Force India #F1 team attacked with petrol bomb in Bahrain http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/1776..._medium=twitter :o They should cancel the race definitely. Have just seen this. 2 Force India team members have asked to return to Britain, while the "top brass" at Force India team are in deep discussions with John Yates (An ex-Metropolitan police officer). For him to show up must show that Force India are worried about the security concerns. Furthermore, di Resta and Hulkenberg are both expressing concerns about the race but senior team manage maintaining the team have not withdrawn from the GP. At the moment, it does seem possible the Force India may withdraw from the GP, and if they do I feel many teams may follow. If something else happens tonight, I think we will wake up to news that the GP will be cancelled tomorrow morning.
April 19, 201213 yr I'm in two minds about this. Mainly because the ForceIndia car had a petrol bomb go off near them and they genuinely weren't targeted. Continuing my indecisive theme I don't really have a team this year. I officially disowned 'Lotus' for completely ditching their ties to former owners Renault and that chassis name is an abomination, so I was considering moving my loyalties to RBRRenault instead but Nico Rosberg really impressed this weekend and I have always liked him as a driver. Its a shame he drives for Merc.
April 19, 201213 yr Unconfirmed reports from a motorsports news correspondent from The Times (@easonF1) in Bahrain that a protester has been shot in the eye, and another is unconscious due to the use of tear gas. If this unrest gets closer to Sakhir which it inevitably will, it is quite worrying! :o Edited April 19, 201213 yr by Ryan741
April 20, 201213 yr Today, the Force India team chose to pull out of the 2nd practice session in order to be able to leave the track earlier so they can travel back to the hotel in daylight! I respect Force India very much for this and definitely shows the severity of the events that are happening in Bahrain. Bernie who was at the track today is insistent that everyone is safe!
April 21, 201213 yr ....Vettel...... on pole for tomorrow's GP. However, I think the biggest story is that Force India have blatantly not been shown through FP3 or qualifying which is probably due to them skipping FP2 and FOM/Bernie getting revenge. Force India and FOM are top trending on twitter in the UK and even Sky picked up on their absence from TV. Disgraceful from FOM!
April 22, 201213 yr Here's the theme tune for the SkySports F1 coverage Alistair Griffin - Just Drive Alistair came runner-up to Alex Parks in the second series of Fame Academy in 2003 CnxiRt4qeM4
April 22, 201213 yr Renault top4 for the first time in 15years :cheer: Have decided to still remain a Renault loon and support an engine supplier rather than a specific team.
April 23, 201213 yr Great result for Lotus Renault a 2-3! 4 different teams and 4 different drivers winning the first 4 races. Fantastic!
May 13, 201213 yr Well done to Maldonado on his first win for Williams and Williams first win since Brazil 2004. Sadly is it was overshadowed by a fire at the Williams garage where a KERS unit from Bruno Senna's car which apprently sparked a fuel fire at the back of the garage.
May 26, 201213 yr Pastor Maldonado was given a 10 place grid penalty for this to Sergio Perez during third practice in Monaco. Ksrr9DbwP3I Michael Schumacher fastest in qualifying but he has to start 6th after the incident with Senna in Barcelona. Here's the grid for tomorrow's race: 1st Webber Red Bull 2nd Rosberg Mercedes 3rd Hamilton McLaren 4th Grosjean Lotus 5th Alonso Ferrari 6th Schumacher Mercedes * Five-place grid penalty 7th Massa Ferrari 8th Raikkonen Lotus 9th Vettel Red Bull 10th Hulkenburg Force India 11th Kobayashi Sauber 12th Button McLaren 13th Senna Williams 14th Di Resta Force India 15th Ricciardo Toro Rosso 16th Vergne Toro Rosso 17th Kovalainen Caterham 18th Petrov Caterham 19th Maldonado Williamss * Has 10-place grid penalty after incident with Perez 20th Glock Marussia 21st De La Rosa HRT 22nd Pic Marussia 23rd Karthikeyan HRT 24th Perez Sauber. What are people's prospects for tomorrow's race?
June 10, 201213 yr 7 different winners in the first seven races. Lewis Hamilton wins the Canadian Grand Prix for the 3rd time for McLaren. After he passed Alonso with six laps remaining. Alonso went from 1st to 5th in the last six laps. Romain Grosjean for Lotus-Renault was second, Sergio Perez for Sauber was 3rd. What a season!
June 11, 201213 yr Happy for Lewis Button though? Is that 2 points in the last four races? Yes that's right 2 points in the last four races. That came with a 9th in Spain. And late retirements in Bahrain. Monaco due to a collison with Kovalainen. Where was Button in the race though. Edited June 11, 201213 yr by ukcsf
June 11, 201213 yr I think this is the first race this year that all 8 Renault engines actually finished, half of which in the top10 ^_^

June 24, 201213 yr Pastor Maldonaldo is my new HERO. Putting the cuntsack into the wall on my birthday will forever remain the highlight of his F1 career. Regardless of how many races/championships he wins. What a fucking legend! [/birthdaymade]
