January 13, 201213 yr Woop woop :w00t: It'll have some going to outdo The Voice though (US version, ours will be shite).
January 13, 201213 yr Really excited  We better have a female winner this year though, or an exciting male. I'm so tired of the dull rocky male winners we always have that flop :(
January 17, 201213 yr Last years American Idol was incredible, hopefully it'll be just as good this year. _inzYkY0yUE wubbbb wub wubb wub
January 17, 201213 yr Last years American Idol was incredible, hopefully it'll be just as good this year. _inzYkY0yUE wubbbb wub wubb wub One of my least favourite performances of the series. I never got the fuss. She is obviously strained and the growls are so put on its unreal.
January 17, 201213 yr One of my least favourite performances of the series. I never got the fuss. She is obviously strained and the growls are so put on its unreal. NO WORDS
January 19, 201213 yr An alright opener, no one really stood out to me though, not like before. Think the girl singing Maroon 5 was my personal favourite. I felt sorry for the girl whose brother also ended up auditioning, she felt very much sidelined when she was the only one originally going to audition. One of my least favourite performances of the series. I never got the fuss. She is obviously strained and the growls are so put on its unreal. I understand this, my family felt the same way but I didn't mind her too much. Really enjoyed her performances of 'You & I' and 'Rolling In The Deep'.
January 20, 201213 yr I was gonna watch last night, but got immediately pissed off at a 5 minute break, one person person performs, another break - f*** THAT.
January 20, 201213 yr Author I was gonna watch last night, but got immediately pissed off at a 5 minute break, one person person performs, another break - f*** THAT. I fully agree all these stupid ad breaks really piss me off. There were 5 ad breaks of 5 minutes in less than the first hour. It's not all adverts either with stupid trailers as well I know ITV get revenue from ads but this is rediculous, more ads than program. This happened on UK X factor last year and ITV wonder why viewer ratings were down by millions And then there was the guy with the glasses & cap who went on about himself for 10 minutes saying he wouldn't leave without a gold ticket before he even auditioned. Yeah, but it was so obvious that this girl's brother is so much better than her. He was incredible. at that Josh guy. MUMMY MUMMY I DIDN'T GET THROUGH. Edited January 21, 201213 yr by Ljósið
January 21, 201213 yr Still not convinced that I've seen anyone so far that stood out in the way Scotty, Lauren & James all did to me in the auditions last year although some of them could do by the time the live shows come around. Had to laugh at the coal guy referring to Shrek. Was there any need, 'Hallelujah' is a classic surely? Some very 'different' auditions that managed to get through.
January 26, 201213 yr Did anyone else feel that they've just squeezed most of the great/'interesting' people into one episode? The Aspen auditions were easily my favourites so far.
February 11, 201213 yr felt very sorry for Jim Careys daughter thought she deserved more of a chance although she did pick a bit of a blahh song at bootcamp :(
February 11, 201213 yr So many people getting sick at Hollywood week :drama: I felt sorry for the girl who fell off the stage.
February 11, 201213 yr In a way I'm glad Jim Carey's daughter is now out so it shows she isn't just getting further because of who she is. It's probably like that every year and I did enjoy the episode but one hour of showing them just trying to get into groups? No performances in front of the judges?! So happy that Baylie Brown and Colton Fox made the top 24 Where did you hear that?
February 25, 201213 yr Couldn't be bothered to sit through two hours of "congrats you made it" "sorry but you didn't make it this time" so I just looked up the top 24. Both shows have aired on UK TV now so if you haven't watched yet, the next bit does contain SPOILERS. Angie was my favourite but since she was dropped at Vegas I've picked Heejun, Eben & Skylar as my three favourites for the live shows. As for the twist, please don't bring back the cowboy, I don't think he's come across that well on the show.
February 25, 201213 yr i love all 3 of the country girls chelsea, skylar and baylie but i think skylar is the strongest has the personality and voice to go far the other 2 are good but think they will struggle in later rounds :/
March 2, 201213 yr Author On the first live show - none of the guys stood out for me except Colton & Jermaine. The gentle giant deserves to be back. The ones most overrated by the judges for me were Adam Brock & Phil Phillips
