The battle for number one this week is going to be a close one, Gotye might actually do it, I do believe if he has a lead of over 20% he will manage to do it, if he fails to build a lead over 20% I doubt his chances.

Fully expecting Will.i.am to drop to #5 tomorrow before ending up around #06 Satruday Night, I am delighted we will see a clearout next week with DavidGuetta/Nicki Minaj, Emeli Sande, Dj Fresh all going into the top 10 on iTunes hopefully knocking out Lana Del Ray, Will.I.am/Coverdrive & Rizzle Kicks.

Based on the comments on the music video, you're not the only one. :lol: Most of the comments refer to him as "kid" or "child", and there's a few saying they can't actually tell.

 

He looks like a boy to me aswell though. It's just the long hair that throws people off I think.

(the 'radio title' is just Paris, which circumvents all of the 'problems', it's no different to 'Forget You' or 'Tonight' (I'm Lovin' You)'). As for your other question 'that word' is nothing new to black rappers - it'd be more alarming if a white rapper said it.

When I've heard the song on other radio stations before now, they call it "In Paris".

Mr Saxobeat has sold nearly 500,000? I am sure Lil Wayne hasn't sold even 20k with a lot of his songs!

 

It's a little bit like those #1s that beat Moves Like Jagger that fell out of the top 40 while it was still at #2. Except on a much smaller scale. :lol: Forever and Drop the World are top 1000 staples aswell. Check this time next month and they'll still be there. I think probably 99.99% of Lil Wayne songs haven't sold 20,000 (in the UK).

'Titanium' down to 0.76 of Gotye. That is going to be very interesting. But it also depends on how well Gotye will hold up on Saturday.

The Wild Ones has potential to go to #1 I think, not next week though as it be between Emeli and DJ Fresh probably the week after, as I'm going to stick my neck out again as I can't see Gym Class Heroes at #1 I don't think its #1 material well I was bang on with Will.i.am while some members thought he get a #1. As of late tracks seem to be climbing to #1, unless Flo Rida turns it around next week somehow.
