#46 Madonna - Give Me all Your Luvin. this has really performed terribly, even with a video!

 

I don't know if it's a good idea to release the music video at the same time as the song anyway. I think it's best to wait a few weeks/months before releasing the video.

 

I'd love it to get number 1 on next week's quiet front but I doubt she can pull off an OA/OS release. I still think she can pull off a MASSIVE hit in weeks to come regardless.

 

I agree, it would have to be something remarkable for Nicki to get a #1. It'll probably be like Super Bass, peaking low at #8 or something, but spending 6 months int he top 75 and out-selling many #1s.

 

I'm surprised Nicki's song got put on so quickly though. All the Lil Wayne and Drake songs usually take a few days to pop up on our iTunes. I think it would be nice if they would wait until Sunday to release their songs, but I guess they really just don't care where they chart. :lol:

I'd have no complaints if Nicki knocked Cover Drive out of the top 10 (although I haven't heard 'Starships', but it can't possibly be worse than 'Twilight'). It's one Caribbean Islander knocking out a group of other Caribbean Islanders :P

Maybe Capital, but Radio 1Xtra doesn't really affect the charts at all (unfortunately). Even some songs they full-on playlist entirely miss the top 1000, so I doubt one play of any song would boost it that much (except for maybe those times when Radio 1 broadcasts the same as what's on Radio 1Xtra). Radio 1Xtra overplay Nero SO MUCH though. I do like Nero, so it's not a big problem, but still. :lol:
