I agree . A higher charting album also gets it NOTICED!! Therefore more sales in the long run

Maybe the thread I quoted related to pop albums rather than main :/
I hope they announce some signings or something. Rizzle Kicks had a five day signing and charted at #3 and they are nowhere near as popular as The Saturdays.
They done a signing for 30 Days in Glasgow, and it charted at #2 here (12 copies behind #1 :( ) so I think if they do it with the album it shall do well. Also, I think all their songs except Work have charted in the top 10 in Scotland, so they must have a big fan base here

Isn't 30 days their biggest selling single there after WBU, Ego and Up?? That was a big discussion on UKMix forum (which I was formerly part of).

I think the LFTW is just fluctuating now. Not gonna be free falling anytime soon. Back up to #99

EDIT - #92!

Not at all. Check the first page of the singles thread.

No, not in England :P in Scotland aha

Scotland Chart Positions:

1 - What About Us

2 - 30 Days, Forever Is Over, Missing You and Just Can't Get Enough

3 - Issues and All Fired Up

4 - Up

7 - If This Is Love

8 - Ego, Notorious and My Heart Takes Over

9 - Higher

10 - Gentleman

I think the fact for this album they have had 2 top 3 singles and 3 top 10 should see it do quite well, hopefully :P

I still think Sales mean more than Chart positions tbh.

Shat's the point in getting a number 3 album and only selling 8,000 copies then plummeting out the chart.

Obviously THIS IS going to go top 75, I just meant it makes no difference if they come in at 3/10 etc..

I just want a decent campaign this time. One or two post album singles, a tour, maybe a re-release...just anything to make it seem more of an era and less of a collection of random singles.
And what's wrong with that? I'm just glad I'm getting new Sats music tbh.

Well it just means there's no direction and everything seems messy with no faith in their material if they keep releasing singles without the album.

Up to #80 now! :D

#54 in Ireland :D

#67 in Denmark!? They even have an album chart. It'll be so cool if it charts there!

Is this getting a worldwide release, btw? It would probably only chart in a few places but What About Us went to #27 in New Zealand so it could maybe go top 50 there or something.

I think it's getting released pretty much everywhere bar the US, I'm not sure about New Zealand? Do they have any plans to visit next year? I'm thinking if they have plans to build up a fanbase in certain countries they may plan to release there at a later date??

They said they were going to the US to release the album next year but I'm not sure they'll really do it.

Everyone please wish that the momentum will sustain...! An irish no. 1 is the least i'm expecting for UNA's sake
