Hi all! Yeah OK so I was bragging a little bit last week, and I'm not going to be doing that again, but thanks for all the comments anyway :D As for the chart, it's all happening in the bottom half again, 31-50 are packed with new entries, ut the Eurovision songs are making big impact finally, could one of them be #1 next week? Gotye is still proving a strong challenger, but Guetta/Sia are starting to lose ground. I introduced my recurrents rule this week, meaning any song that was going to fall outside of the top 40 and has spent 15 weeks or longer on is removed from the chart, it does look a bit odd in the case of Solveig I know :lol: Thanks for reading, see you all next week :wub:

09 I was the other way round, liked Dance better before the selection,a nd fell in love with Gaitana (and her boys :lol:) after! I expect this to do very well, but then again it's Ukraine so it will at least be in the final :lol:

1. That was #1 for seven weeks for you? :o Wow, it only peaked at #9 for me! My longest running #1's are both 12 weeks - DJ Sammy's Heaven in 2002 and Delta Goodrem's Believe Again in 2007 :wub:

5. Really? I thought that Daddy was really limp, Heaven was very early 90s Massive Attack, I absolutely adore it. Next To Me isn't far behind it, it'd have a far better chart run for me if not for Eurovision season!

1. Yep! I was pretty obsessed with it. Nothing on the album came close, it's a shame he never released Rowing On The Serpentine though, and WHERE is Kristina's epic West End run? :angry:

5. I just really loved the lyrics and the strings. Heaven was that, but it took a long time to click with me and never really did click THAT much, I think it peaked low top 30 :lol:

Thanks :D I'm really not so sure about GGW yet, GMAYL was much better for me, or at least more instant. I really want Masterpiece as second UK single. I really want to see SA live, I have seeen Azari & III live though and they're epic :wub: Though I havwe no idea if that's Three, I I I, or The Third :lol:

By the way I was in HMV Oxford Street earlier (my BF wanted to buy Game Of Thrones) and they have DOUBLED the size of the K-pop section. They had Girls' Generation Run Devil Run and Mr Taxi albums plus the International version of The Boys, and albums by F(x), 2NE1 - Nolza (:o), Trouble Maker (:o :o), Brown Eyed Girls, Sistar... I will go back when I get paid next week and buy about 8 things :kink:

 

Oh right I see, it should be out now though. The Japanese people are so slow at uploading J-Pop ALWAYS. The people on K-Pop side are much faster -_-

 

Really? When I went there there was already a big enough selection. But I have all the albums already that you've mentioned bar SISTAR so I bought it :D I calculated the prices and it's a bit cheaper than YesAsia prices but not by that much. You should buy them once you get paid, K-Pop CDs are always better packaged than Western CDs as they contain more stuff inside with weird shapes B-)

Yes I found it now, it's low quality but still great :wub: I guess that version sounds quite weird to a Japanese person, the euro disco music that it's based on was never very popular there, the popular eurobeat style was much faster. I haven't had time to randomly google stuff lately, and Eurovision has really taken my mind away from k-pop... that and work -_-

 

Yes, even more :D It's true, but it saves time and it's convenient. Plus a lot of it is available on their website. What's weird is the Trouble Maker and Beast album were there already and they are listed as pre-order there... oh well. And I want to know what "Boys" by Girls' Generation is for £4.99!
