Latest rumour is that Darius is to play Nicky (Omar Sharif's role) in Funny Girl with Sheridan Smith.

 

The cast will be revealed on Monday.

 

The role would suit him but isn't Sheridan Smith really petite?

 

If he is Nicky, great for him but more problematic for us. The whole run is already sold out.

Darius was spotted sitting with Sheridan Smith at the 'Breakfast Club' yesterday so I would say 'Funny Girl' is fairly definite! :cheer: I do hope so - it is sold out until March and working with

Sheridan Smith will certainly bring him back into the public eye. From there it is supposed to be transferring to the West End so he is certainly going to be busy!! After that......the album!!?? :D

I can't wait to see him back on stage and that this means he is happy with life.
