Does anyone know why this is doing so ridiculously well?

 

Not entirely sure, except that some radio stations are playing a dance remix. I don't think it's the Tiesto one, but maybe people are downloading the Tiesto one because it's... there on iTunes? Also it is $.99... though I noticed Kanaan/Nelly Furtado's single is $.69 and despite that and decent airplay, languishing down in the 90s.

I would say it would only get around 500,000 sales tops digitally.

76. Titanium (feat. Sia) - David Guetta & Sia

 

Positive start for this. Really hope it can give Guetta his first top 3 hit.

I still can't believe Turn Me On missed the top 3 even though it got to #1 on iTunes off little airplay and without a music video.

I'm glad it didn't go top 3, certainly not one of David Guetta's best. Titanium should go Top 3 though hopefully..

Mac Miller down to #20. Seriously, he must've had 4 or 5 songs stall at #11 now! It's so unlucky.

Turn Me On was so weird! I remember thinking it would be a longrunning #1 and then it just fizzled out. No idea what happened there. Similar thing in the UK where it was smashing off nothing but the video but radio play has done nothing for it.

Turn Me On got pushed out of the top 20 because Whitney Houston die, the Superbowl aired, a big episode of Glee and the Grammys all happened within 2 weeks of each other and boosted loads of songs, and it never really recovered after that. Pretty unlucky really.

Ellie, this is getting tedious. just explode already.

Carly is doing a Ke$ha Tik Tok is she? In that similarly both tracks went to Top 10 rather quick but hoovered there for a while before gradually going near the submit.

 

Still have faith in her going to #1, she just needs faster airplay gains.

Gotye back at #1! Woo. Wiz Khalifa is on both of the others in the top 3 - Payphone at #2 and his new song 'Work Hard, Play Hard' at #3.

 

Ooh, I see 'Let's Go' has been released :D Hope it can be a hit. Although it says #41 in the subtitle but is only #42 on my feed so it must be falling already :( That's still a pretty good position so far mind, but then Till I'm Gone got about this high as well IIRC.

Good to see Wiz Khalifa's new song so high!!! I still haven't listened to it yet. I hope it's good.

 

He's also on Chris Brown's new song with Big Sean. I wish that would go top 10 too. I actually HAVE listened to that one, and it's pretty awesome. :D
