But thanks for the compliment ;) I think most Dutch people speak English that well because we have English lessons at age 9 in school. On the television are a lot of English programs, soaps, movies etc.

 

But if you want to look smart to your Dutch forum friends just ask me and i'll teach you some

My dad has worked it out and it seems to take 12 hours but that's a joke if you ask me :lol: We're staying over in France for a night, so that already makes the journey about 12 hours longer -_-

yeah coach it takes about six more hours than car! i get sick but i stay up and dont go to sleep before i go, so when i am due to travel, i am so tired because i havent been to sleep. i sleep right through journey! :D

That's a good idea actually, though once I fell asleep in the car and when I woke up I felt really bad :puke2: I take tablets, but it's the anticipation of the journey which makes me ill most of the time -_- A plane would be sooooo much simpler <_<
