Basically if you've integrated into the site, it means you've become a part of the community - people know you, like you etc. You're still relatively new so people will start to get to know you soon :D

 

The admin like to have mods who have integrated well, otherwise they'll probably be an unpopular choice for mod.

i was accused of poaching and didnt like it, it said i hope you havent come to poach ryan. they said there was another member with name ryan! checked wasnt, i went in a huff, and asked why the comment was directed at me!

Basically, a comment was made by an admin in the Chart forum about a member from another forum called Ryan (you've been around a while Matty, it shouldn't be hard to fill in the gaps :lol:) about them "poaching" midweek info. Ryan_P misunderstood and assumed it was aimed at him, since no one else in the thread had Ryan as their username -_-
