I wonder why now all of a sudden, it's been out since January! I guess the video release but surely people could see whether they liked the song or not before that :o

 

I didn't send it back then for two reasons, firstly I don't like it as much as Psycho or The Last Time and secondly because sending the same act for a third time would really be pushing my luck :lol: That and I had Flares up my sleeve of course, no way I wasn't sending that!

That could be why it's suddenly rose in popularity then now it's on YouTube. And by the sounds of that article, that was a demo too - so now we have the final version. I've never seen that website before, looks very interesting! :kink:

I finally get around to sending a piano ballad, a rare beast in BJSC, and I get drawn next to another one! :lol: Almost as coincidental as the two 13 year olds next to each other at the end of Semi 1!

There is 6 tracks in Semi 2 I really like, FSR Rontvia, Isconia, Mdice, Utopia, Eledan & Persephonia :drama: Mind you the track from Persephonia would have been better entered in UP.

I REALLY wanted to send Cloetta Paris to this contest :wub: But noticing how big the contest was and the fact that only 14 songs would qualify from each semi gave me the willies, Looking For Love is a great discovery but I was really scared that it could DNQ. Maybe Dragonette is a little obvious for some people, but they're genuinely one of my fav bands, and it's the first time that I sent a non Scandipop :kink: act since XXXIX.

After three listens of each I've decided that I really like or love 23/48 songs, almost half :D 13 from Semi 1 (glad I don't have to vote in that, I wouldn't know where to start) and 10 from Semi 2 which is handy as it will make voting pretty easy for me!
