I'm guessing a big fall for MDNA tonight :(

MDNA nearly repeated the 70 place fall & Celebration did ok I think.

Although to be fair, MDNA did fall to a similar level it was before the tour came to the UK (it was #110 before jumping to #59), and last week it didn't have the hype of the tour coming to the UK or the promotion (little of, I know) of the tour.

The album is doing well I think. As not any promotion. The press did everything to make the Hyde park show look like a shambles but it wasn't.

Considering its start, it has done well to stick around. Although I suspect that the album will have another huge fall this week, and then fall out of the Top 200 (unless HMV's 2 for £15 offer can help it).

When the tour hit birmingham, I looked in HMV at the bullring shopping centre and they had MDNA right at the bottom right next the floor - you think they would of tried to promote it lol.

I could see MDNA spending one more week in the Top 200 due to a boost from Turn Up the Radio (mind you, only a small one), then fall out of the Top 200. :(

Turn Up The Radio didn't make the top 100.

Happy that Like A Prayer returned to the top 200!. I'm guessing it will fall out of the top 200 cos of the Olympics stuff.

Anyway it's in the top 100 pop songs on iTunes currently at #79.

Thank you, I did indeed! :D Like a Prayer is currently #169 on iTunes, so even with all the Olympic songs (most of them will have fallen huge places but still nevertheless in the Top 200), it should remain Top 200 I reckon.

Like a Prayer has done great considering there wasn't a Top 200 available during it's initial chart run. Holiday had 3 main chart runs, but it's still great to see how well it did during those runs.
