I think they need a Greatest Hits next to try and win over some more fans. It would also be good for a Worldwide release to introduce the whole world to them. Hopefully it could be their 'Sound Of Girls Aloud' album. That sold well and definitely made them bigger stars.

I think they need to maintain one image; during the Chasig Lights and Headlines! Era they came across as suh nice own to earth girls; not saying that they aren't but the way try were marketed during Wordshaker was terrible and now it's just odd seeing sophisticated women singing along to a song like 30 Days. I'll always love them, doesn't mean the general public will. God they need good singles. Like Ego, Higher, Up good.

Their single choices have probably damaged/stalled their careers so far, tbh. It's pretty scary how little interest there is in them at the moment. I'd say they've been going downhill rapidly (public interest wise) since Missing You, with a slight raise in popularity for All Fired Up then a huge slump again. 30 Days has done nothing for them except get them a #7 charting.

Public intrest is decreasing tbh, however you need to be quite happy that Una will be a judge on a 4m+ television show.

The vibe I got for 30 Days was that it was just to keep the name out there for a little longer. By no means do they think it's their best work. It saddens me a little when they hype their own music up saying its "crazy" when if you compare it to some of their earlier work it isn't as good. Saddens me still that you have other album tracks that will never see the light of day as singles...

 

I am intrigued to see what they pull out the bag for the next single campaign. I've heard great things about the track in general, and there seems to be a injection of faith into it as well. We shall have to wait and see.

I wonder when we'll get some info on the new single. Maybe end of this month/early July? Of course it depends on when they're releasing it though but I'm guessing an August release since that would be 3 months since 30 Days in May and the usual gap time between their singles.

They'll be busy the rest of the summer either filming the US show or recording the rest of the album before moving to LA, so I don't expect them to premiere anything in the UK for a good few months...September as VERY soon (for an October release).

Im pretty sure every single of theirs is deemed as their best or as amazing, and it always ends up being a letdown :( I wish they'd pull something great out the bag, but I don't see why this time's any different to the last four.

It peaked at #19 on airplay then sank like a rock right? Just like Disco Love, Gentleman, MHTO, etc. except it peaked a bit higher. It's still crazy to think that this was #2 on the midweeks. Had it gotten a bit more airplay I think it could've managed an official Top 5 placing.
