Not too long ago Swiss Lips signed a big three record deal with Sony. I'm sure they're saving some gems for later in the year and into the next (Sound of 2013 perhaps). But they're getting going with 'Danz':

Very radio friendly, very catchy, good musicality.

Oh I'm quite liking that again, about time we had a promising new indie-pop act. U Got The Power remains one of my favourite Unknown Pleasures discoveries so it's most pleasing to hear more from them.

That video is... just... THERE ARE NO WORDS. In a good way.

Song is good, love the production, there's a lot more of it than on U Got The Power, but I think that works in its favour. This could be really big if pushed, like you said, they will probably be really big soon. Which is no bad thing.

after three years these guys have reappeared, caught in label politics it'd seem but the albums out next month, blast from the past and a different time musically and when better jake actually spoke :o

Yes I was looking at the album earlier on itunes and it's just so difficult to get excited about it, they have really missed their window I think and the snippets didn't make me think any differently.

bar 'u got the power' everything is pretty rubbish tbh, new rave a lifetime late...
I thought that their 2010-2012 era was pretty nondescript actually, a bit like a PoundLand version of Cut Copy but they did have some fans here I recall.
Oh I did really like U Got The Power and Danz but everything else is forgotten by me.

they haven't changed their sound at all in all those years. massive fad. on a slight tangent of bands from the past who remembers this classic:
