What are everyone's opinions of the new season?

By Community standards it's pretty boring, but I still enjoy it.

Yeah I know what you mean. The puppet episode was the first good one in a while. Bring back the paintball.

AMAZING last 3 episodes.

Finale was excruciatingly bad.

 

Please just renew it for a mini final season and be done with it.

 

 

I watched the first few episodes of this season and concluded that it was just AWFUL. assumed it had always been this bad and i hadn't noticed tho?

I bet Dan Harmon is GRINNING SO HARD right now seeing that when he was in charge the show was infinitely better than it is now. :(

The last few episodes have been very good, but overall the season is down substantially. Love the Terminator episode though.

Season 4 was a mess. It was just unoriginal re-hashes of what they did with the first 3 season, missing the point entirely. Harmon back is great news, it really shows how influential he was when it comes to the shows vision.

 

Donald Glover leaving breaks my heart though. I respect his decision, and it's come through in his music before that he'd want to move away from the show ('My clique should be cancelled, Freaks and Geeks'), but still. Not going to be the same without him crying.

It really shows Dan is back. The quality is so up comparing to season 4.

This episode was incredible. Sealed the return to form from last week!

 

At least Donald's exit has now a reason, albeit a weird one, within the show.
