Really loving Kylie's song, hope it does as well as it deserves. The Voice should burst it dramatically.

03. Rihanna 'Where Have You Been'

04. Carly Rae Jepsen 'Call Me Maybe'

05. Rita Ora 'R.I.P.'

Rihanna up two places - must be pretty close then. Surprised that 'Where Have You Been' has benefited from the weekend though, but perhaps parties/clubs/good weather is encouraging sales; still hoping it can crack the top 5 this week (pushing Alex Clare to #6).

R.I.P to Rita's time in the top 5 then, she'll be knocked out next week! So unpopular than Tulisa!
I had no idea an OA/OS Kylie song would do this well, even after the general floppiness of Aphrodite! Very odd but hoping Timebomb can be massive now.

IT SHOULD!

No wonder Kylie championed On Air/On Sale!
Get in there Kylie! I think the more that people here it, the bigger it will get.... It is one of those instant songs, I think. I hope The Voice BLOWS it up (Ha... timebomb, blows it up! Get it?)

No.

76 Engelbert Humperdinck/ Love Will Set You Free. How well do you think he'll do in the chart? Top75?

80 Loreen/ Euphoria

312 and at #392 Jedward/ Waterline

We could be in for a big top 10 clearout next week - Gary Barlow, Rudimental, Lawson and Alexandra Burke are all releasing on Sunday, apparently a new Bieber song is out on Tuesday and Loreen and Kylie could be potential climber-inners.

And Gotye will probably still end up making the top ten. :drama:

Ha(no)

Gotye  #15, looks like this is finally heading out of the top 10 next week, it would have been out this week if it wasnt for the voice.

JLO ft Pitbull - Dance Again  #13 This is heading for a big drop next week.

Nicki Minaj - Starships  #12 and another version at #69 this has held up really well and its looking to sell over 600k that's fantastic sales in my opinion.

I don't think Justin Bieber would make the top 10 if the song is released on Tuesday tbh.

Next week is going to be a meltdown-fest again with Alexandra having a song out. :drama: It seems like only last week she released Elephant.

There's a few artists I can think of that NEVER release on a Sunday, so Kylie doing it with one song isn't that distressing surely.

If the song gets a lot of airplay, I think it can still peak high (probably on its physical release week). If it doesn't get much airplay, it'll probably fall quite quickly, like most songs with little airplay do (ask Nero).

The thing is it makes all sense for Kylie to release the new song on 25th, even if it's a Friday, as it's the part of K25 celebration. I remember her releasing two brilliant re-works of her own songs on 25th of Jan and Feb.

Yep, it could hinder her chart position but I think the Kylieteam is also surprised now how well it's doing so far.
