Hello Martin, not heard the new one from Kylie yet! Here's what I know and like though:
Lots of indie goodness there. I highly recommend the new Spector single "Celestine" - I think it'd be up your cul-de-sac so to speak..

I have to you tube the new Spector track, I did like Grey Shirt and Tie from them.

Obedear just grows and grows on every listen its just beautiful, its got to be one of their best tracks to date, it beats Lofticries hands down.

Maximo Park are going to be more of album sellers now loving their new single though, the Indie genre is really struggling in the singles chart, I remember quite a lot of the indie music was literally filtering the singles chart at one point.

Have you heard Headphones by Little Boots, I'm not really feeling it, for some reason I prefer Every Night I Say A Prayer.
Maximo Park has got a physical single I doubt the track will do anything in the official chart :( there seems to be no buzz around their new album, I think they will suffer the same route as Bloc Party, most of the Indie genre seem to be struggling to get top 40 these days, there use to be a lot of Indie artists in the chart, but it seems todays' climate there is not interest in the Indie genre no more.
At least Loreen is heading in the right direction at the moment.

I just listened, have already forgotten it so it's definitely the most forgettable of the 'recent' singles. :(

They should get a Top 10 album with sales as dreadful as they are at the minute, but I'm still just hoping for that Top 75 hit. :( I don't want it to go down the same route as The Ting Tings' Hang It Up or The Kooks' Is It Me? :( (Ie. Radio 1 support, but still missing the chart all together...)

Great chart - the new Kylie track has definitely grown on me - though it's exclusion from the 'Best Of' compilation overshadowed its release slightly, can't see it spending a third week inside the top 40 at this rate; which is the real shame. Yet to hear the Of Monsters and Men track you charted, I'm only familiar with 'Dirty Paws', so I'll have to look it up.

I can't say I'm too surprised to see Kylie debut at #1. I expected Timebomb to do better in the UK, but I guess there's still time for it to become a hit.
I like LB's Headphones. Not as amazing as New In Town or Remedy, it'll do though.
Too Close has become a slow burner song for me. Took forever to finally reach my Top 10.
Great chart as always!

At least Timebomb got to #1 in my chart, pretty shocked the track is not getting any higher than #31 in the official chart. :(
