I heard the first 30 seconds of the song once before today and I had to switch it off after that because it was too much for my ears. AWFUL.

 

I did hear What About Us today though and I've come to the conclusion that this is their worst song by far. At least I saw the appeal in Higher and All Fired Up but I just can't in this song. The vocals and the beats are particularly dreadful. I'm sorry to everyone who likes this song for not liking it, but I genuinely think that this is diabolical.

 

From now on, I will spend my days TROLLING the Saturdays loons and laughing in their faces when What About Us flops**.

What I would like to know is that if you dislike them so much and only like 2 of their songs, why have you made so much effort to find their dedicated forum where their fans are just to antagonise them?

I realise that this is a discussion forum but from the posts that I have seen from you in The Saturdays Forum, you are doing nothing but looking for trouble.

 

I have not taken note of your 'personal Buzzjack journey' but the only thing I remember about you is that you were trying desperately hard in the lounge to get people to understand why you act the way you do online and

that you were trying to adapt your ways in the hope that you will one day be liked by the members of the forum. I don't see any sense of progression or any attempt to 'adapt' or 'be nice'.

 

So while you may be joking that you will spend the rest of your time "TROLLING" in the faces of Saturdays fans.. If you do continue to do so, I will be making an extremely strong recommendation to the moderators that you be warned.

You can't warn me for having a personal opinion? Go figure, it might seem like I'm looking for trouble but I have a mental disability (it's an understanding, not an excuse) that has a symptom of not knowing what to say and not knowing what is generally right or wrong to say - but I know now, so I won't do it again.

 

It says more about you than about me if you can't take an opinion. I won't post in here again but what a joke of a forum that this is. So all of the responses in this forum have be positive? Utterly ridiculous.

I actually think that the video is one of their best! In fact, I'm trying to think of another one of their songs that has had a better video than What About Us. Fair play to the girls for that.

 

Oh yeah, I just remembered that Notorious had a good video. :D

My favourite is probably Higher but I love how fierce they look in Work and Ego.

My Sales prediction for chasing the saturdays EP (US):

First week: 10 - 12k

Second Week: 4k

Third Week: 2k

4th Week: 1.5k

5th Week: 1k

6th week: 500 - 800 copies

And so on...

I think a total US sale of: 21,300 copies seems realistic if they don't go back

 

The 30 Days video is fantastic, just a shame the song isn't as good. What About Us has a decent video, not their best but not their worst.

Officially added to the Capital playlist. I do think this will be a #01 for them, just with low sales and a not very impressive chart run.

Everything's going right airplay wise this time. Playlisted by Capital, soon to be playlisted by Radio 1, getting good airplay already on TV, TV show and getting some media interest. Basically everything their last two releases didn't have!

I have pre ordered it and when it comes out i will buy it again haha XD I hope it gets to number 1 and if it doesnt? oh well :D still love them

I don't think it'll sell 10K in the US first week... Seems a bit too generous. If have gone with ~ 7K.

7k's too low, might be in between 10k - 7k

10k first week would put it top 40. Doubt that'll happen.
