I think this to be true but rather than an album and tour I'm expecting a large one off gig. We'll see.

I think so. We'll see. There's lots of Robbie to enjoy before we get there and I fully intend to. :D

Reading this reminds me of back in the day when there were articles about him on a daily basis in the tabloids - he was always in some kind of story. Do you remember? They'd be weeks where there would be a new article in the Sun on a daily basis. :wacko:

 

I'm really glad life's slowed down a bit for him now and settled.

 

I didn't see it but he was on Upfront for a few seconds last night asking what kind of album everyone wanted the next one to be. Majority said "pop" which is fortunate because he confirmed that's what everyone is getting. B-) B-) B-)

Ive got an Amsterdam interview on my iPod from 2012 where Robbie says exactly the same thing except he cited Harry Connick junior, Michael Buble and Bruno Mars.

He mentioned it again on Upfront in the last week because that was when he responded to a Las Vegas question.

On the interview I've got he says he'd like to do it as a one off for charity, because he was joking that they needed a disaster to happen so he could organise a one off gig. :lol: That was three years ago though.

 

Olly might organise something I guess. Who knows? I doubt Robbie's got the time to be honest. I think he's got enough on his plate.

 

But I'm like you - I enjoyed swing but I'll enjoy new material much more. Also I've had enough of cosy, family entertainment. I want him to kick some arse on the next tour/album. :lol: Rock/pop for me please. ^_^
