Oh I'm glad that the reaction in here isn't entirely positive as when I saw this I wasn't overly impressed. It's kind of just... there. The video has a solid concept I think, it's just not executed overly well and you really have to struggle to find any meaning in it. It's pretty, but I'd possibly say it's her worst video? Either this or Fight For This Love.

I'm surprised at the mixed reaction this video is getting, it's pretty much what I expected for the song! It is a summer song but, at the same time, it does plod along in a playful retro way - so I can see why they went down that route for the video.

I guess people might have wanted Cheryl to appear more 'strong' than a bit cheeky and in your face, but that's the only problem I can see. I was actually quite drawn in and found it hard to take my eyes off her throughout.

Not yet, we'll find out the 101-200 positions on Thursday though! :)
#77 on Itunes, it's climbing sloooowly... If this doesn't get top10, I'll scream pop injustice !

Unlike her 5th first singles this wasn't premiered on TV. The Flood was around #100-#110 5 days after the video was out, so this is doing better. Although if she doesn't promote it then I can see it missing the top 10.

Fingers crossed it's listed on Radio 1 this week.

There is a Behind The Scenes this thursday on Viva at 12:30pm.

This song is such a NON-EVENT. The video certainly hasn't helped change my opinion either. For me, this is one of the weaker songs on the album.

I loved it at first, then went off it but now I'm loving it again, fantastic video as well

Just a fun, carefree summer song - so catchy as well! I can see this underperforming by Cheryl's standards though, I think it will just about go top 10 but no higher than #7/#8.

At the moment there is NO WAY i can see this top ten. I am getting a little worried as thought it should be top 40 I tunes by now. I reckon it will be a 15/16 peak now

Why exactly should this be already top 40?

Because the video has been out for a week now and has been getting play on local radio station such as capital quite a bit.

I really like the video, although walking down the street at the start reminds me of Turn It Up (Pixie Lott) or Swagger Jagger (Cher Lloyd) and then the diner reminds me of Want U Back (Cher Lloyd) and going up to the guys and dancing reminds me of Bad Boys (Alexandra Burke) but it's a really good video in my opinion, it's very colourful and nice.

I'm in two minds about the song itself, I think it's nice enough but it feels really weak to be the second single by Cheryl, I mean The Flood was weak but I'd say this was even weaker and I don't find it all that catchy. I do like it though, I just don't think it's going to have massive success.

Love the video! Don't see why it won't peak in the top 5/10 if she does some decent promo!

Something like Jonathan Ross/Red or Black..

In Ireland ?

It's #57 in the UK too, up 48 places ! :cheer:

That's nearly 20 places higher than The Flood in the same week.

I remember The Flood was around #45 on iTunes after the Royal Variety performance, Under The Sun is already there. I hope she performs it somewhere because then I can really see the song in the top 10.

Funny that it's #57 in both UK & Ireland so far! :D I wonder which country will give her a higher peak.
