Notes:

There was never one made for 1998.

Danilo never published a calendar for 1999, 2000 and 2001 an American company released one for each year in square format like 2012's.

In 2002 an announcement for 2003's calendar was made on Madonna's official website at the time, Madonna's schedule was too busy to have the time to choose and approve photos for a calendar that year.

Never collected these which is slightly odd as I collect everything else! Do have the 2004 one tho

I do buy them each year but don't really collect them. I do have 2009's still sealed because someone got it me for Christmas but I already had it lol.

 

I love the 1994, 2004, 2005 and 2009 covers.

 

As for the 2003 calendar I can't believe she didn't have time to approve the pictures.

I've got all of them, my only gripe with the 2012 calendar, is the stupid little hole, as the top of the calender tends to rip, why change the format from last year.
