Not sure how true this is, but just came across this...

- It's nonstop electro cardio song

- It has got a disco progression an a guitar instrumental

- The melody is like Let Me Down of Kelly Clarkson

- Chorus lyrics (not exact lyrics)

Blow me with the one last kiss

With your one last kiss

It's the end of the world

Blow me with your one last kiss

Gimme all your life

Make it out to the light

We can get high

BLOW ME WITH THE ONE LAST KISS

THE ONE LAST KISS

- Produced by Greg Kurstin. Written by Alecia and Greg

The verses are so spicy "I thought you were gay till you kiss me"

"Kiss my down lips"

+ The song (radio edit btw) is 3:20 aprox

+Very summer ish

+Verse 1 lyrics (not exact)

Lipstick is all I got in my bag

And I thought you were a ***

Till you kiss me

You made me blow

Made me fall in love

And one day you were one/gone? (and I was expecting you to kiss my down lips) "

TBH I really dont think its true, at least not the lyrics, they don't sound very 'Pink',...I think she can do better than 'I thought you were gay til you kissed me'

That doesn't sound very Pink at all, the lyrics or the description :(

I'm sure it will be amazing but I'll be gutted if she disappoints.... I'm sure she won't though, she never does :D

So we should hear it in a matter of weeks :w00t:
I am not as patient as that, leak like my bathroom taps please <3

ALL OF THIS WAS LIES

Apparently the place where this info is from is always sending out fake leaks etc.

However, I've just read this: (which I like a lot more)

From ATRL, source seems a lot more reliable:

I think that life's too short for this, want back my ignorance and bliss, i think i've had enough of this, Blow me one last kiss...

"The chorus is quite 'Shouty' like Raise Your Glass and it's not as melodic as So What."

"Review will be up in the next couple of days."

"It's more Pop-rock than electro but if you enjoy that 'P!nk' sound you don't be disappointed."

I quite like the sound of it being 'shouty, I love that Pink

At least it seems she's not 'selling out', if only one thing you can always rely on Pink for that.

A bit more info...

Does it sound more like Greg’s work with Kelly (Stronger) or with Lily Allen, or neither?

I can see some similarities with Stronger, especially with the chorus. The verses are slower, sounding sort of like something Lily would sing now you mention it.

Can you give us your favorite line in the song? (other than the one you already gave)

“Eyes on fire, eyes on fire, and i burn from all the tears”

Happy song? Sad song? Uplifting song?

I talk more about it in the review but it’s a definite “f*** you” song.

How long is the song?

4:20

SINGLE REVIEW:

P!NK, “BLOW ME (ONE LAST KISS)”

P!nk’s first single, “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)”, is an electro pop-rock stomper that is sure to dominate the radio the remainder of the summer season. The song is not quite as vulgar as the title may suggest, but P!nk certainly doesn’t withhold the expletives in this aggressive break-up anthem. And boy, IS IT EVER a break-up anthem!

The song kicks into an instrumental with a slight electro influence that offers a refreshing, funky twist to her typical winning formula. “White knuckles and sweaty palms from hanging on too tight,” the song kicks off at a relaxed pace, “Clench of jaw, I’ve got another headache again tonight”.

From there, the song kicks off to a building rapid-fire as it enters one of the pre-choruses, “Eyes on fire, eyes on fire, and the burn from all the tears,” it’s building and building with every line, “I’ve been crying, I’ve been crying, I’ve been dying over you”, building(!), “tie a knot in the rope, trying to hold, trying to hold, but there’s nothing to grab so I let go.”

And that’s when we get the first hit of the chorus. It’s of the grand soaring sing-a-long nature that we would expect nothing less of. P!nk is full of conviction here, “I think I’ve finally had enough, I think I maybe think too much, I think this might be it for us (blow me one last kiss)”. If you haven’t noticed by now the song’s lyrics are slightly more serious than the standard P!nk lead-in. Don’t worry P!nk still has plenty of wit in her delivery, just most subdued – it’s a good look in my opinion. The production also helps ensure maximum rock-ability. “You think I’m just too serious, I think you’re full of ****, my head is spinning so (blow me one last kiss)” The next lines feature a shout-back, as if it needed to be even more commanding of attention, “Just when I think it can’t get worse, I had a **** day (NO!), you had a **** day (NO!), we’ve had a **** day (NO!) I think life’s too short for this, I’ll pack my ignorance and bliss, I think I’ve had enough of this, blow me on last kiss.” The chorus is involving and super catchy – smash!

“I won’t miss all of the fighting that we always did,” the second verse leads in again and a return to the calmer side, “Take it in, I mean what I say when I say there is nothing left”. But oh wait – the pre-chrous kicks in and it’s building again, “I am sick, whiskey-****, no more battles for me, you’ll be calling a trick, cause you’ll no longer sleep, “ Ouch. “I’ll dress nice, I’ll look good, I’ll go dancing alone, I’ll laugh, I’ll get drunk, I’ll take somebody home” Don’t hurt em! Cue that explosive chorus.

The bridge features a little instrumental with some ad-libs and an occasional “blow me one more kiss”, before hitting yet another pre-chorus to send em off with. “I will do what I please, anything that I want, I will breathe, I won’t breathe, I won’t worry at all, you will pay for your sins, you’ll be sorry my dear, all the lies, all the wise, will be crystal clear.” And there’s that chorus again with some awesome ad-libs – oh and some “lalalananana”’s or something to that effect.

Some would say P!nk has played the role of the underdog, not just artistically but commercially; commonly taking the back-seat to the Britneys, Beyonces, Rihannas, and Gagas that have commanded radio and press over the last decade. However, if the success of her Greatest Hits project is anything to go off of (“Raise Your Glass” went #1, and “***kin’ Perfect” #2) P!nk will have all eyes on her as she drops the first single to her sixth studio album.

“Blow Me (One Last Kiss)” is the kind of song that is gonna ensure that her recent successes are only gonna continue and grow. It’s radio-friendly, it’s memorable, it’s empowering, it’s very P!nk and it’s a lot of fun!

Sounds amazing already!

I'm glad it's more pop/rock than electro!
