I would have gone with you if you was going alone :). Where in the UK you from?

Bedfordshire.

Oh thanks. Maybe next time I should just pluck the courage to go on my own. ^_^

@LoveLive_TV: The show's over! We will be re-broadcasting Madonna's performance from Paris Olympia every hour on the hour for the next 24 hours #MDNAParis

Weird show. As low on hits as the actual tour and that ending was beyond abrupt. I do like the Candy Shop arrangement and the Vogue staging.

She didn't do much from MDNA such a weird show I though it was going to showcase the album more

She deserves to be DESTROYED in the French media for this. $280 for a 45 minute show? The fans were screaming for a refund for ages after it finished!

I've only heard negative press from this. I thought it was weird when, after tuning into the live stream ~50 minutes after it started it said "stay tuned for the rebroadcast". What was she thinking?...

That's probably because you didn't spend a week's wages going to see it...

Yeah it was a lot BUT you knew she was NEVER going to do the whole MDNA tour set list.
Oh... I assumed it stopped streaming but continued for the people that had paid to see it.

Liz Rosenberg has released the following statement about the controversy that sparkled from Madonna's intimate gig at the Olympia:

"Madonna's Paris club show was planned as her heartfelt thank you to France which she expressed at the start of her show. Despite a grueling concert tour, she desperately wanted to perform for her fans in an intimate setting at the historic Olympia as a means to honor her love for French artists, French cinema and a tribute to France's long history of welcoming and inspiring artists, authors, painters, poets and minorities from other countries over the years.

The show was not billed as her full MDNA concert and tremendous effort was made to keep the ticket prices reasonable ($100 for 2000 floor seats) and keep them strictly for her fans.

The show cost Madonna close to a million dollars to produce. She has done a handful of club dates in the past and they were never more than 45 minutes. And by the way, she put on a fabulous show which was streamed for millions of fans around the world."
