6.4 for TWD holy COW. I'm afraid to think what numbers it'll get for season 4 premiere. The sudden rise in popularity between season 2 and 3 was quite ridiculous (in a positive way) and I believe they can still improve the numbers.

It's been a steady rise, tbh, they've been hitting season high's with almost every season premiere/mid-season finale/mid-season premiere/season finale.

What about Carrie Diaries, how is that looking?
Not great but I think it has a small chance if The CW are looking for something compatible to pair up with Hart Of Dixie.

It's the biggest show on tv. I think it can grow more still, and probably peak around season 4/5. I think fact amc realised what a phenomena the show is and has increased the budget rather than cut it which is what they did after season 1! It's bloody spin off show does better than most of the broadcast shows at the moment! I'm shocked at how well it's done, I think the fact there's a massive gap in the market for genre shows really helps. There's been no big genre show like this since lost ended, and I'm discounting hbo shows in that sentence!

They only cut the budget for season 2, season 3 had a pretty big budget.

Yeah exactly. They cut the budget from season 1 to season 2, then upgraded it I believe for the second half of season 2 and season 3 after the ratings went through the roof. I'm sure I read it costs 2.7m per episode. The budget has noticeably been amped up.

Before season's end I would've thought. Still anything above a 1.7 on NBC (or any network bar CBS) is probably safe for renewal.

That massive break was always going to harm Revolution, being serialised doesn't help much either. It would be really suited to a short season of like 10 episodes in either Fall or Spring.
If they keep it after The Voice it should do fine.

My bad - let this thread get way beyond the usual 50 pages of posts.
