How I Met Your Mother has been renewed for a ninth, and most importantly, FINAL season where after 9 long and unnecessary years they final reveal who the fucking mother is.

 

 

First Bones gets a very early renewal, then that god awful shit is confirmed as just being around for a single more season ^_^ WHAT A MONTH.

The next blessing will be that 2.5 Men is also going to end next season.

Preach! I was praying that show would have finally died after they sacked Sheen but it's like the Sugababes brand. It keeps going even without dignity and in 2.5 Men's case a distinct lack of comedy.

I expect Mindy will get renewed at least for 13 eps. I must catch up on the last few eps soon.

The last few Mindy episodes (especially the last 2) are incredible. It's really becoming my favourite new TV show of the 2012-2013 season.

Dallas returned to a 0.8 - oh dear. I guess if it holds around that they might renew it (Major Crimes and Perception both averaged a 0.8 and got renewed), but that's hardly a great starting point given S1 started on a 1.5 and hit a 0.7 only 6 weeks later.

I expect Mindy will get renewed at least for 13 eps. I must catch up on the last few eps soon.

I can see it being used as a schedule filler just incase a fall show fails. Raising Hope should get a syndication renewal but after that it's gone.

The Mindy Project is one of the worst new comedies out there. Shame on you Pavel.

HIMYM has been renewed for a 9th and final season, they haven't reveled how many episodes for, but like Friends last season where several cast members no longer wanted to play along anymore, Jason Segal doesn't want to do the show anymore so it will likely be less than 24 episodes, I wouldn't be surprised if it's between 10 and 18 episodes.
