Well what do you think?

Me thinks it will be between the following :)

Robbie

Justin

Scissor Sisters

Xtina

Oasis

If Oasis's release their album in lets say October or earlier i think they will do it cause loads of people will buy their Greatest Hits. But December is to late i think.

I don't think the Scissor sisters album will sell anywhere near as much as their debut did and the same goes for JT <_<

I think Robbie could do it even though his last album did'nt sell the usual 2 million + or Xtina ^_^

I think it'll be the Scissor Sisters myself ^_^ It's sure going to be a cracker at least  Christina and Justin will also sell bucketloads :D Robbie I actually don't know whether he'll sell as much as usual or not.. depends on the reaction the single gets. but of course it'll sell QUITE well at least with his name alone.
I think it'll be a flip-up between the Arctic Monkeys and the Scissor Sisters.

I don't think the monkeys will sell an huge amount more. If they had've released better singles like "Mardy Bum" then maybe but who knows.

I am not to sure if Rob will sell anywhere near is usual huge ammounts due to Rudebox being so different and all the different opinions people have on it. But i'm sure the rest of the album won't sound as weird and the second single "Lovelight is great  Remember Swing was completelly different to his usual stuff yet it sold over 6 million worldwide ^_^

I tihnk the Killers or the Scissor siters will do it :)

I think it be Scissor Sisters, I've pre-ordered mine already and the limited edition
Snow Patrol could pull off a Keane and grow in sales throughout the year. The album looks sure to hang around for quite a while yet, and album sales will soon pick up as the summer holidays come to an end.

IMO you're all wrong.

Dido is due to release a new album this autumn, and on past evidence, she will annhilate all opposition.

According to Dido fan she is'nt releasing till next year

eugh stuff dido she's SO overatted, she has a bad voice yet she sells millions and everyone thinks she is the queen :puke2:

Scissor Sisters will do brilliant I hope, along with Christina  Justin COULD sell more then Justified, as Justified was a pretty bad album :P

Meh robbie is going downhill and so will his sales probaly

Arctic Monkeys I reckon..... closely followed by James Morrison who is going to be this year's James Blunt.
I hope it's either Arctic Monkeys or The Killers... and next year hopefully Britney!
Unless album sales collapse, the Monkeys won't have the best seller - they'll get to 1.5m with a lot of effort. Then again, I can't see anything else that can get to 1.5m either.
i think scissor sisters might do it,but oasis, keane, christina aguilera will be high also and as usual robbie williams will def be in the running also

I'd back Robbie

Scissor Sisters will sell a million this year I'm sure but they're an unknown property.

Will everyone who bought the first album buy this one? They'd need more than half those people to buy this album to get the year's best-seller.

With Oasis, it depends on the tracklisting. The album will sell very well but everyone can buy their classic albums very cheaply and easily. Will it attract that many new fans?

Robbie albums always sell about the same. And that same should be enough for him to get the year's best-seller.

I thought the swing album would flop and I was very wrong then. Changes in genre don't seem to make a difference to his sales.

*If it comes out.

(TBC) The Beatles – Love (Cirque Du Soleil OST) - penciled for release Nov20th - same day as Oasis.

*I.E. If that money grabbing b**** Heather Mills-McCartney :arrr:    lawyers drop procedings to request royalties from Sir Paul McCartney as part of the divorce settlement.

Otherwise Scissor Sisters.

Really?

'Free As A Bird' and 'Real Love' (the last 'new' Beatles material I could think of) did not sell that well.

Do you think it will sell as well as '1'?

Real love and Free as a bird and both amazing but i don't think this album will sell anywhere near as much as "1" -_-

I hope you are right. I think quite a few non Rob fans bought Swing so i hope the same happens with his new album ^_^ The interesting thing is that ever since his second album his sales has started to slowly drop in the UK in increase hugely worldwide. IC sold over 1.6 million in the UK but is his best selling album worldwide ^_^
