619 - Rizzle Kicks - Down with the trumpets

Love this! Their album is great too, although admittedly I prefer the singles released from it. Hope they can continue to gain popularity and success with their next era whenever that may be - wouldn't surprise me if the lead single was in for a shot for number one if it was as catchy as Down With the Trumpets / Mama Do the Hump.

I still thought the album would have done better based on these songs, especially "mama do the hump". Didnt the song after it flop to ?

Yeah, Traveler's Chant reached #44 I believe. Then there was Dreamers which reached #102. I would have expected Traveler's Chant to have reached the Top 40 after such a successful preceding single.

On the Pussycat Dolls discussion, Beep is my favourite out of all their singles by a long distance.

It's so brilliant and incredible - it finally clicked with me a couple of months ago as well!

Exactly, even if it wasnt as good you think it would do well just based on the fact it was the song after a big hit.

This may not have been in the top 40 for that long but it was in the Top 75 for such a long time. I dont love it but it is still a good song.
