October 2, 201212 yr Author  I thought Robbie was supposed to be doing a "big" stadium tour next year, why London now? I want to see him live again, November is not a good month for me.

October 2, 201212 yr I don't understand why are you surprised. It's normal practice for Rob's career to go on Tour next year after album's release. To remember 2003, 2006, 2011 (w.TT) And yes there will be a big stadium Tour but now is just promo for album. But not many artists could make 3 nights in a row anyway. You're really lucky to be there but instead of that you're unhappy something about = ))
October 2, 201212 yr Author If I manage to get Robbie tickets, it would mean I am going to the O2 arena twice in one week and also Wembley arena, it's all pretty bad timing on my part. Yes I'm short of cash  I don't want to miss seeing him live again, there's no guarantee that the said stadium tour next year will be anywhere near where I live. October 2, 201212 yr OK, understand you now )) Next year/summer is going to be difficult and for my cash! Because I'm not only Rob's fan but also Depeche Mode and they are going on Tour...and maybe U2 too... I'll be a bankrupt in this case too )) /// Wembley? Def Edited October 2, 201212 yr by Better Man
October 2, 201212 yr Author Fingers crossed that Robbie will play Wembley in 2013. U2 next year :w00t: Hope so.
October 2, 201212 yr Some more info on the London dates From http://www.superbreak.com/news/archive/rob...certs/801461137 Robbie Williams confirms London concerts Date Posted: 02/10/12 Bad boy popstar Robbie Williams has announced a run of three nights at London's O2 Arena for later this year. Fans of the former Take That man should book London hotels between Thursday, November 22nd and Saturday, November 24th to attend one, or all, of the three dates. Williams played four dates last month, but ticket applications were oversubscribed by 5,000 per cent, so these new dates should give those fans who missed out a chance to see the 38-year-old on his comeback. He will showcase a range of material from throughout his whole career and ensure fans get their money's worth with a generous production budget. Attendees will also get the opportunity to hear songs off Williams' forthcoming solo album Take the Crown, which is set for release on Monday, November 5th. It will be preceded by the single Candy on Monday, October 29th. Tickets will be made available from 9am on Tuesday, October 9th, but fans will have to register on his website before Sunday, October 7th to be in with a chance.

October 2, 201212 yr I sincerely hope the Saturday November 24th gig is broadcast on the telly. ITV right after the XF would be amazing promotion. It would make no sense to play to 60,000 people over three nights in the O2 and not have one live on TV. Hopefully Universal are a lot better with this sort of thing than EMI. Another thing they should do is announce the 2013 Stadium Tour that week and have tickets go on sale the following monday. The setlist is looking excellent. Great to see some tracks from the last three albums there - Tripping and Bodies not being ignored either. Odd to see him include Never Forget - perhaps the lads will join him one of the nights? And finishing with what I assume is Slade's Merry Xmas Everyone will be fantastic. :D It would be INSANE not to put this live on primetime TV - and it should also be released on DVD for Xmas.
October 2, 201212 yr I have to go now LOL =) BTW, I have never been in UK but I really want to be there next year. Rob's Tour is good opportunity to organise this trip at last. Who knows maybe we will meet to each other at Wembley ;) It's amazing the number of Robbie fans who also like U2Absollutely agree :) The same situation with Coldplay...I was at their concert last month and after show I had met some guys from USA. They were big fans of band and after my question about U2 they had replied they are fans of them too. Well, it wasn't a surprise for me :) Only if the new album ever materialises.... Yeah, you're right of course. Right now the status of their new LP isn't clear but I think they will release it next year but not sure for spring this time. Maybe late autumn and then...I will be alive! =)) Stadium Tour 2014 is more convenient Edited October 2, 201212 yr by Better Man
