I was talking about Silas (inevitably) ruling this one out and starting to tell that us mortals can't make any suggestion unless it's submitted on an official form available to download at ashtondemocracylol.com, the site that is up from 3:00pm to 3:01pm every 3rd week day of June of every even year and pre-approved (it needs to also be a unanimous decision) by a committee consisting of 60 people, all of whom are over the age of 88. Oh and you can only submit that form on November 29th (unless it's a Saturday - in that case November 30th) from 5:00 to 5:05pm.
