October 17, 201212 yr 9 British artists in the 50 is quite amazing! How close is Adele's 21 to the 10mil mark?
October 17, 201212 yr That's not ouch by any means. If it had been top ten last week, then it'd have been.
October 17, 201212 yr That's not ouch by any means. If it had been top ten last week, then it'd have been. I suppose, but still, it's at least a 24 place drop...
October 17, 201212 yr Dissappointing for The Script after their last album went to #3. I think it's alright to say 'Hall of Fame' hasn't blown up yet, the last album contained a top 25 hit and it's still a load better than the debut.
October 17, 201212 yr Ooh wow, very pleased to see Ellie Goulding managed to go top 10 with the album! I hadn't checked how it was doing on US iTunes, so I assumed it'd be a top 20 debut at best, especially as this album has no hit there. (unless Lights is tacked on?)

I think they've tacked Lights onto (one of) the deluxe version(s) but given it's available on the original album I don't think it's been TOO big an advantage.
October 18, 201212 yr Lights is still #15 on Hot 100 so it might have had some influence.. Anything Could Happen enters the Hot 100 this week
October 18, 201212 yr Oh Halcyon actually entered at #9 in the end! Still top 10, I hope HDD weren't far off with the sales (and hopefully we get the top 200 albums with sales info this week).
