Is Christopher staying that MUCH of a surprise though? Some of you probably haven't watched the X Factor since it began, but before Leona burst on to the scene and became a credible artist, it was acts like Christopher who sang really old songs that the public loved.

I'll think the Overs category should be dumped completely, in the history of the X Factor Louis has never had the girls category, boys category once when Shayne Ward won it.

 

The contract for the X Factor is due for renewal after next year. Time for a change I think.

After watching X-Factor USA live show this week it just shows how lame the UK show has become. USA have got 2 good presenters this year unlike us with childish Dermot O'Leary and his growling voice.

The set is better they don't have that annoying voiceover.

 

The main thing about the US show is the acts are better and more talented.

I used to like Tulisa but I've really gone off her now saving Rylan. Kye isn't that good but he's than that joker.

 

Gary got it spot on last night saying all the good ones are going yet Rylan stays in. No wonder they are losing viewers left right & center.

I'm not watching it anymore either until the final if Ella's still there.

 

Unless the show gets many improvements I don't think that ITV should renew the contract.

I didn't know Gwen Stefani was in a band, they're shit though and she needs to go back solo' :mellow:

Actually I think Gwen is better as part of No Doubt. When she went solo she took up that R&B rubbish

REALLY NOW? I mean, I hate Dermot as much as the next sane guy but he's infinitely better than his US counterparts.

Overall I think the US one is much better too, Demi is an absolutely brilliant judge and Simon is great too. Khloe and Mario are awful as presenters though and Britney seems so uninterested and zombified it's quite sad actually. LA is a bit shit too, but the talent level is so so much higher, even if at times the overproduction can blur it.

I do remember that, my birthday number 1 and one of my favourite songs of all time, No Doubt are my favourite band probably! It was skeins I know who didn't know who they were on Twitter :P
