Wolf, I would not mind entering into BJSC because it is LOVELY but I haven't really been thinking of it in those terms because as much as I love First Aid Kit, they've only recently had a top 5 result and it would be stretching my cheapness levels (not as much as the likes of Churches or Elen Levon but still...). I have another entry lined up anyway (hopefully, the artist, rather than the song, seems to be rather popular this time round)... this big surge is mainly from getting the album. Do check the OMAM album out, it's a very solid folk-pop album so I imagine you'd like it, particularly the first few tracks on the album... September would have made an amazing winner but it was just too far behind Cerahtonia... but then I gave the latter a load of points as well so I was exceptionally happy with the top 2.

Girls Aloud deserved the climb, I do like it more than I'd let on, it's catchy and a great girlband song but does feel much like their old work. [--] The World Is Not Enough - Garbage (8) [1wk] - ooh nice re-entry, can't say it's a BIG favourite of mine (the 2 previous Brosnan films had better title tracks) but it's a BOND theme and bar about 3 they are almost always great. 12. [37] Something New - Girls Aloud (37 - 12) [2wks] - I have to admit to finding this a bit overrated, it's pretty much OLD Girls Aloud so the title doesn't really fit, but it is catchy as crabs. 14. [5] DNA - Little Mix (12 - 9 - 7 - 5 - 14) [5wks] - Have you heard the EYES Remix of this? I do hope you love it when/if you do, the synergy would be too much *.* 33. [18] Crying Out Your Name - Loreen (8 - 10 - 18 - 33) [4wks] - I have decided this is, BY FAR, her best song. I think that must be the most in tune with anyone's chart I've ever been. 1. Same, with both The Lion's Roar and Emmylou, I'd discovered the former before the contest and thought about it, although Nightwish did block me sending anything else that month but it would have made a great entry for XLII. One of my favourite bands I've discovered this year. 4. I only ever listened to this from the album as it was all that interested me, first track I've enjoyed since Earthquake but even that got boring and I prefer Let The Sun Shine too, so again, in agreement. 8. Out of all my rediscovering of Bond themes, I have been most impressed by this song, it has enough energy and majesty to be glorious. Goldeneye was rather nice I suppose, I do really like that style of music though. 12. No, I do agree with you, it's catchy but I don't think I'd put it any higher than this and it is a last glorious attempt to go back to the old GA. But that's fine with me. 14. I have summarily listened to this remix. It's a good remix actually, I don't expect much from remixes so for me to say it's good is an achievement. Plus the last song with an Eyes Remix that I heard wasn't very good (Katie Sky's Sweet Sweet Melody) so I'm very pleased I do like this one. 33. I'm getting bored of it. :( But it's still an awesome song as per with Loreen. *.* Thanks John.

So if it is your BJSC entry as I've surmised, you're looking good... :D Good to see the new MHIRM digging in, it's finally getting properly under my skin again. And nice to see AlunaGeorge in the top ten too, although they still haven't delivered that BIG tune as far as I'm concerned. I expect it though. Lovely debut for I Knew You Were Trouble. - easily the best thing I've heard from her, though I'm enjoying State of Grace and WANEGBT a lot too. And a delicious rise for GA above her, hurrah! Glad you're on board after all. I was at a friend's last night and they were trying to find music they could introduce me - Ruby Frost came up, I really must check out her album. It's on Spotify, excellent. Great chart, as always!

I refuse to get bored of MHIRM, and this new version is stunning so it's here to stay. This is probably the big tune I was waiting for from AlunaGeorge to be perfectly honest, after not thinking too much of anything prior. I will never decide Taylor's best, but I Knew You Were Trouble is a good highlight from a strong album (and how could I ignore a great pop song in GA) I highly recommend it! :D I'm still drawn back to it, months after I entered her and there are so many standouts, one of the better albums I've got this year.
