I think opening will James made it sound even worse than usual. He sounded like he was mumbling has way through an autocue.

Why do they always show the worst parts of performances on the highlights?

Oh I know, but there was a clear 30 seconds earlier on when he did his best normal person impersonation.

That wasn't GREAT vocally unfortunately, the middle 8 was, but when they were dancing it went a little off key.

I have a horrible feeling it'll be a shock bottom 2 like Ella and James, with Union J and D3 trending on Twitter, Rylan potentially getting the rebound and Christopher's MeNan getting him through again probably :drama:

 

It probably won't be though ignore my pessimism :P

An Ella/James bottom 2 would be AMAZING as they'd HAVE to save her.

That wasn't GREAT vocally unfortunately, the middle 8 was, but when they were dancing it went a little off key.

Their solo bits on the verses were good, but they were relying too much on the backing track vocals and off key during the chorus.

 

Still a great performance, and it will no doubt be better than Ed Sheeran's.

It's literally the worst situation for me, my top 2 and they're both MILES ahead of the rest! I'd have to go for Ella to stay though.
