Posted November 16, 201212 yr I thought we could as well open a thread as it is THE day we've been waiting for a million years. The girls perform for the first time in year tonight on Children In Need for two performances : Something New and Beautiful Cause You Love Me ! What are you expectations ?
November 16, 201212 yr Author Apparently theur label confirmed they're performing both on Twitter ! :cheer: UK tv guide has them on at 9pm but I don't know how reliable is that.
November 16, 201212 yr Author With TEN not being released for one more week, I wonder how much of an impact theses performances can have on their previous albums, especially the last Greatest Hits ? I guess stores haven't many stocks left of them, and the label won't restock it to focus on the neww Greatest Hits , but still, we could have one or two albums back in the top 100 next week.

November 16, 201212 yr JUST STARTING!! :D Edit: great performance! SO GOOD to see them together again. I still think the song is far too shouty at parts but I have warmed to it slightly, but I still can't get over how generic it is for them.

November 16, 201212 yr Author Aaw bless Cheryl, she nearly fell on her bum towards the begining of the performance :lol: Sarah was THE voice of the performance, the adlibs at the end rocked ! Nadine was amazing too, and so was Cheryl ! All of the girls actually ! No more orange dresses for the next SN performances please.

November 17, 201212 yr I loved both performances, the second one moreso though, because it came as a shock to me. All of the girls (bar Sarah :( ) have improved vocally, and it made "Because 'Cause You Love Me" properly click! The "Something New" performance wasn't as good, but it was great seeing the back together anyway :wub:
