December 31, 201212 yr 200 http://cdn01.cdn.justjared.com/wp-content/uploads/headlines/2012/09/christina-aguilera-your-body-cover-art.jpg The first single from Lotus, which was Christina's seventh studio album, Your Body was a surprisingly decent comeback single from Ms Aguilera. The video was very good as well, which showed Christina as a man-killer by killing men after seducing them. This peaked at a disappointing #16 in November 2012 but what do you expect when she didn't release any good material for six years. With a strong influence of dubstep throughout the song, this was always going to be a hit with me, and therefore it smashes in at #200 in this EOY chart. December 31, 201212 yr 199 http://digi10ve.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/hugs-drugs-make-it-bun-dem.gif Two of the biggest artists in dubstep and reggae collaborated together for this club banger in May 2012. It sounded so fresh and refreshing on first listen, which is why it peaks at#199 in this chart. It sadly peaked at #66 in the UK Singles Chart but it did peak at #14 in the UK Dance Chart. December 31, 201212 yr Great to see some Skrillex in here! I'm sure it won't be his only entry ^_^ I'll be viewing this thread when I get a break from the official chart.
December 31, 201212 yr 198 http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-b42mksJNqFs/T-hexeR5m2I/AAAAAAAAXeY/_PEIAOH5FxY/s1600/Conor%20Maynard%20Vegas%20Girl.jpg Vegas Girl was Conor's second single and lead single from his debut album, which was called Contrast. Everyone hates this song but I love it. It's rather pleasant to listen to and it was my jam for a few weeks during the summer. Good times. The beginning of that video was embarrassing though. He'll look back and cringe in a couple of years. This is Conor's first out of two entries in this chart, with the other song coming up rather later on. Edited December 31, 201212 yr by ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

December 31, 201212 yr 197 http://hypetrak.101medialablimit.netdna-cdn.com/images/2012/01/chris-brown.jpg Buzzjack's favourite artist returned in March 2012 with his new single from his new album, which was called Fortune. It was named Turn Up The Music and it went to #1 for one week and probably became a non-#1 after that. As with all of the entries at the bottom end of this countdown, I've included this song because it is pleasant to listen to. His other hit is going to come up rather later on as well. SORRY BUZZJACK Edited December 31, 201212 yr by ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
December 31, 201212 yr 196 http://cdn4.pitchfork.com/tracks/13634/homepage_large.11521caa.jpg If you haven't heard this, listen to it now. It's SUBLIME. And you'd better thank me for introducing it to you. I don't know why he didn't call this song "Oh Baby" though. It would have made so much more sense. Edited December 31, 201212 yr by ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
December 31, 201212 yr 196 O M G  One of my favourite songs of the year (spending 5 consecutive weeks at the top of my chart), more people need to get into this tune!!
December 31, 201212 yr 195 http://kickkicksnare.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Aiden-Grimshaw-Curtain-Call.jpeg POOR AIDEN GRIMSHAW. Coming ninth in the X Factor must have been hard to deal with, but peaking at #49 with the best song that he will probably ever do? Unbelievable. Anyway, the beginning of this song sounds like Lana Del Rey's Ride, so if I was him, I'd act all bitter about it and sue her. But he'll probably get dropped now (if he hasn't already) because of this song's epic failure to secure a good chart position. :( Edited December 31, 201212 yr by ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
December 31, 201212 yr 194 http://hillydilly.com/hd_uploads/post_pics/Tidal%20Wave%20Packshot.jpg This brilliant song from Sub Focus charts at #194 in my EOY chart. It is a good song, but it is not up there as one of his best in my opinion. Nick Douwma has one more song in this countdown. But which song is it? :o
December 31, 201212 yr 193 http://i1.cdnds.net/12/06/618x618/music_artwork_olly_murs_oh_my_goodness.jpg Oh My Goodness is a very nice and pleasant song from Olly Murs. It was his last release from In Case You Didn't Know and the music video was filmed in the Westfield shopping centre in Stratford. It peaked at #13 in April 2012 and became his seventh Top 20 hit. Olly Murs has one more song in this countdown and I can assure you that it is very high up in this chart. Edited December 31, 201212 yr by ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
December 31, 201212 yr 192 http://media.detailsofmylife.net/uploads/2012/01/DJ-Fresh-Hot-Right-Now-Camo-Krooked-Remix.jpg OH GOD. How times change. I honestly can't listen to this song now, there's actually nothing appealing about it to me. I only included it because it reminded me of good times but this is the song in my countdown that I am least likely to listen to. Oh well, this became DJ Fresh's second #1 single and Rita Ora's first out of three #1 singles in 2012. This song is also known and notable for being the first drum'n'bass #1 in the UK. DJ Fresh has one entry left and Rita Ora has two entries left (!!!!) in this countdown. Edited December 31, 201212 yr by ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
December 31, 201212 yr 191 http://cdn.thatgrapejuice.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/JLS_Hottest_Girl_thatgrapejuice.jpg This reminds me of going up to London in October. I wouldn't listen to the song out of choice but it's a good song and it's a brilliant song when you're in the mood to party. It does seem like a hot-mess version of one of Justin Timberlake's songs though. Edited December 31, 201212 yr by ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
December 31, 201212 yr 190 http://kickkicksnare.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Daley.jpg This is an interesting song from Daley, who might be the next big thing soon, and Jessie J, who is probably the most likeable popstar on the planet right now. It samples The Blueboy's Remember Me and it reminds me of running to the park last Saturday in the rain. It peaked at #24 in December 2012 and I'm sure that everyone found my commentary for this song very interesting. Edited December 31, 201212 yr by ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
December 31, 201212 yr Your Body only last :( That huge Chris Brown cover makes my eyes bleed
December 31, 201212 yr http://media.detailsofmylife.net/uploads/2012/08/emeli.jpg This is a fairly boring song but the vocals from Emeli Sande are so powerful that it's hard to not resist the song. It peaked at #10 in October 2012 and probably had one of the strangest chart runs ever. Go and look it up if you want to see it, I can't be arsed to look for it. I remember listening to this song on the bus with my friend to go to the local leisure centre. Sorry for the terrible commentary, it's very early in the morning. :P Edited December 31, 201212 yr by ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
