The HD videos seem to be improving her views - 'Frozen' is consistently well over 100k a day whilst 'Nothing Really Matters' achieved its highest daily views of 23,533 after previous averaging 6/7k.

I would say the younger generation knows it pretty well and it is also her latest charting hit in the US. It's us older Madonna puritans that doesn't care about it (I like it a lot, it has just the right attitude imo)
