Sienna and Maxine were trying to get over the track where there wasn't a crossing, especially as you can see in the bottom image that there's nothing but trees on the other side??

Tonight E4 episode at least made it a bit more realistic as to why Sienna and Maxine were on the train track :kink:

 

It's been confirmed that

two

characters will die during the train crash and I'm almost positive that the

two

characters that will die are

Carmel and Sonny

 

 

at least we know that

sienna

is safe for now. I think it'll probably be out of

carmel

and

sonny or phoebe

that die now.

however, the hollyoaks yearly massacre won't be over after this week...

next week someone walks in on freddie and lindsey kissing together after she gives birth, and afterwards freddie goes to track them down and pays a visit to their home, with them nowhere to be seen after. digital spy doesn't indicate that someone will be killed but it says that a murder investigation will be launched after, so knowing hollyoaks it'll probably just be a red herring. still, I can so see it being mercedes so I hope it's not true :(

Good to know how many characters will die so we can get a better idea of who it could be. I kind of agree with your choices but I also think it would be odd if they were to both die.

Kinda disappointed.

I saw the first 5 minutes of tomorrow's episode on E4 but had to turn over 'cos mum wanted to watch Emmerdale. :( I think that Sienna could be one of the casualties after Nico said how she wished she never met her again and how she was one of the characters who didn't seem to be in any particular danger when the E4 episode began (as in she was alive and well, like Carmel, who will obviously get killed).

Omg at how emotional the death of that person was! In tears omg!

This is so heartbreaking :( This is the most emotional death since Steph I'm sure! Maybe Leanne but Carmel was one of my faves :(

" can you read me one last story" that really got me. Gemma really had an absolute brilliant exit and it was nice they focused on her rather than giving her death two minutes scream time.

Going to lie I expected more from the crash / more explosions but part of me thinks that Nico could be the next casualty as apparently Sienna goes into full psycho mode.

E4 had its highest rating in three years as it has 1.17m viewers which was more than the main show which had 991,000. E4+1 also generated 250,000 which is incredibly impressive.

 

I'm glad they are picking up their highest ratings in three years it does show that Hollyoaks is on the way up!

It's always seemed odd to me how Hollyoaks gets what seems like such small ratings compared to other soaps - it barely scrapes one episode in BARB's Channel 4 Top 20 (although if the ratings from E4 were combined, it'd get ~1.8m and be comfortably Top 10). I suppose a lot will watch online since it's got such a young target audience, and said audience in turn means the show misses out on older ages watching.

 

Anyway, great that they've managed the biggest E4 ratings since the Silas storyline!

The big bombshell was revealed to Dodger at the end of the episode about him being Nico's dad. Most likely he will be Sienna's hostage possibly.

 

Between him, Patrick, Nico, Maxine probably.

 

 

carmel's death was heartbreaking, I know it was to be expected but when she was fading away after she told myra to read her a story you could see that it was coming, everyone's faces as well while it was happening :( it wasn't as crushing as leanne's death which had me in tears for hours, but still a sad but moving exit. carmel annoyed me a lot of the time, but there were times that I did like her, and gemma merna is a lovely person and great actress so I can see her doing well in the future.

I'm guessing sonny was the other one who died in the crash, in which case good riddance. will be so annoyed if he somehow manages to resurface yet again...

So now TWO McQueens have died and all - ALL - have been in grave danger at some point.

 

Having the McQueens not in danger MADE Hollyoaks and made it a believable soap, like watching a real family.

 

With Carmel, one of the best characters, gone, I doubt I'll be bothering to watch again when back.

 

And Myra and the others ... ummmm ... never think about leaving that death trap village becauuuse...?
