There's yet another murder coming up :drama: Somebody administers a lethal injection to a patient in the hospital (I assume it will be a regular character who dies...) and by the sounds of the DS article it could be a serial killer storyline.

I'm starting to think Theresa will be die in the train crash, I think it's one of the main reasons that she's been brought back and I'm expecting Carmel to leave with Kathleen Angel, Carmel has apparently been confirmed to have died but surely she would have died following the Sonny incident rather than surviving and dying the following week?

They don't kill off every actor :(

 

They've not really had a killing spree in over a year and they have the biggest cast in comparison to Eastenders etc so it's always good to get rid of some deadwood every now and then!

but not by killing them though. That's the sign of an unimaginative EP/production team.

Hollyoaks is the best soap on television right now, it might not be the most realistic but that's what makes it better than any other soap tbh. Hollyoaks is by far the most gripping and least predictable.

Jeremy Sheffield who plays Patrick Blake has signed on for another year. Looks like another year of storylines involving him and Maxine.

I was pretty much right there.

 

 

I know he's a great actor but they're quick enough to dispose of characters when they've run their course (or even if they haven't, hello Sam and Danny Lomax), so why should it be different for him? Well, he hasn't run his course exactly as he's a complex character who they could do so much more with but the Maxine storyline needs to die already, as fabulous as they've both been through it all. And the only way it can really die is if he actually gets his comeuppance...
