If the spoilers about how Mercy leaves are true i will personally go to the Hollyoaks studio and kill Brian Kirkwood.

That's Tina, Carmel, Niall (although he was her illegitimate son) and potentially Mercedes out of Myra's children who have died, then Jacqui might as well be dead to be fair! I know this is the soap that thinks twins having a baby together as teenagers before they met is all plausible, but it's so unrealistic! Then again, Mercedes leaving is a tough one. I know they all turn against her but I think death is the only way she'd leave - with all they've all been through, it's unlikely she'd up and leave them.

 

But this is MERCEDES!?! They can't kill her off.

I'm 100% sure she's still alive, id be disappointed if she never had any final scenes with Myra etc!

Um. No. Hollyoaks sure has its ups and downs, this is a down period for sure :/

Blessing choose to leave Hollyoaks which is rather disappointing as I feel like her storyline still had a fair amount of potential, Hollyoaks really should ensure they had a character who was willing to stay long enough and not leave a storyline half finished.

 

The Carmel funeral was so horrific also.

So yeah... that was her final episode.

Could have extended it for tomorrow's landmark 4000th episode.

I refuse to believe that was her exit. considering how long her character has been around and how much of an impact she has made on the soap, it wasn't big enough, I sense something else tomorrow. hopefully it'll be like myra's exit before where everyone thought she was dead but she turned out to be alive, but that pool of blood on the floor doesn't leave me too optimistic :(

I'm also disappointed that Mercedes never had a final scene with Cindy and such a bitter scene with almost every character.

Delighted that Dennis and Blessing got such a lovely exit. The less said about the rest the better <_< They see a bit of blood on the floor and they automatically think OMFG MURDER INVESTIGATION THIS INSTANT?!?!
