Going to watch parts of this, I hope the Norwegian film Kon-tiki wins an award for best foreign language. I'm afraid Amour will win it though :P

So it should.

I'm going to throw things at Lawrence/my laptop/throw myself from my window when Riva loses.

Anybody have a working link? one where you don't have to fill out those silly survey things! :drama:

Thank you! (I missed Les Mis though goddamnit! :arrr:)

EDIT: G'WON JENNIFER LAWRENCE

EDIT: Predictable but very deserving winner! 'Argo' was so gripping and caught me by complete surprise when I saw it. I think I liked most of the "Best Picture" nominees actually. Still think it's amazing that 'Silver Linings' got a nod

ALL I CAN SAY.

Seth was a brilliant host.

Really glad Jenniffer won although Quvenzhané is the CUTEST thing ever and had me "awwwww-ing" throughout <3

Ang Lee's speech was the highlight of the night. SO HAPPY that he won best director. Fully deserved :snif:

All in all an uneventful yet enjoyable ceremony.

Hugh trying to help her but she totes ignored him THE BITCH.
Worst ever. Argo was fine but nowhere NEAR a Best Picture winning film (although I don't really think any of them were this year..) and should have been between Riva and Quvenzhané for Best Actress just for the lolz. Only the supporting roles were bang on really. Although I probably shouldn't have hoped for any better.
