It has been confirmed that The X Factor USA's Fifth Harmony have signed a recording contract in a joint deal between Simon Cowell's Syco Music and LA Reid's Epic Records. Teenagers Cabello, Ally Brooke, Normani Hamilton, Dinah Jane Hansen and Lauren Jauregui comprise Fifth Harmony. They will be working with producer Julian Bunetta on their upcoming album.

I thought I would make a Thread for them they were on X Factor USA and were solo artists put together like how One Direction and Little Mix were on our version they eneded up getting to the final and finishing 3rd and are now signed to Epic Records and Syco Simon Cowell's label with a single and album meant to be coming this year.

One of my favourite up and coming girl bands.

 

They appeared on the X Factor USA last year where they did rather well! They're signed to Syco, the home of many great artists :wub:

 

They've uploaded a load of covers to YouTube since appearing on the show

Can't see them being really big in the UK, girlbands from America don't tend to do well here, hope they do well however, I prefer them to Little Mix

I don't see this ending well for anyone involved, other than the little one everyone raves about, she might do well solo.

So it looks like Fifth Harmony will release their debut EP 'Better Together' on October 22nd!

There album is set for release around the same time as Amelia Lilly's. I believe it's called Never Going To Happen...

Fifth Harmony have tweeted to say that they have won a vote between themselves, Zedd and Cassadee Pope to become the new VEVO Lift artist! All three of those artists are fantastic, but very pleased for Fifth Harmony!

The acoustic version of this EP is now available to pre-order on UK iTunes with a release date of November 17th. You can also pre-order the Spanish version of the EP called 'Juntos' in both original and acoustic versions with a release date of November 10th. The original English version of the EP is not yet available though.

So this has charted at #6 on the US albums chart with first week sales of 28,000! That seems amazing to me and definitely shows they could be successful with a full-length album. It has also gone top 20 in New Zealand and I'm sure it'll officially chart in several other countries over the next few days as it was doing well on many iTunes charts last week!
