Woah, didn't see that it the original thread had got to 50 pages already! :o

I've just realised that the first 30 seconds (apart from those vocals, I adore the verses though) are pure genius. :wub: This song is really growing on me! :D

'Somebody Else's Life' (Acoustic Version) has premiered! It's so good, i love it! They really excel at acoustics. :D

Vanessa was really good, wow! She was so much better than the What About Us acoustic.

 

Rochelle sounds so freaking gorgeous, tho. Same for Una to be honest.

 

Mollie was good, but Frankie sounds so weak. She just can't do the cute angelic vocals like Mollie. It just sounds flat when she does it.

Surely that's incorrect? A peak at #129 sounds way too good. They *only* went to #102 for a day or two, and they had no airplay and I doubt they had much streaming?

 

 

It got to 129 on digital songs, which is about correct for where it was in iTunes.

Lol, that's not the billboard chat, it's the digital and it did stay in the top 125 for a while after the jay leno performance, but loads of people there say it's correct so...

Sean Paul version of the video is set to premiere on Wednesday at midnight, just announced on their website. Not really bothered because I prefer the solo version anyway...

The lyrics in SEL are beautiful!

I'm sure What About Us has sold around 40,000+ as December + some of January sales are missing, as are last weeks. Maybe it's on around 45,000? Maybe if they go back and promote they could at least pass 100,000 which is not great but it's okay!

It has sold more than 37k since these sales figures are from around january 14th onwards. Who knows, maybe it sold considerably before the promotion

They have a chance of appearing on shows such as The Voice because unlike the UK, they don't rely on guest stars to gain viewers, especially American Idol. And they're signed to a major label.

 

Well those figure seem accurate for that position.

This has started to climb again on iTunes (not top 700 the other day, was #575 earlier and now it's #484). Airplay at last?

Good to see it's managed to at least climb back into the top 500, hopefully it's airplay starting to pick up. I wonder if the Buzz Junkies remix version will do anything once the Sean Paul video gets released on Wednesday.

Really, Really loving Somebody Else's life. Think it may be my favourite B-Side along with Turn Myself In & Not That Kinda Girl.

Can't believe no one is talking about it. Wings from Little Mix is somewhere in the top 100 on iTunes. Isn't that the moment where everyone's going mad and say "DA SA-TURD-AYS R OVAAAH!!!11!! LABEL IS GON' DROP'EM !11!!!!! FLOP, FLOP, FLOP, FLOP, FLOP !!!11!! WONT EVAH BREAK AMERICA!!!1" ? :rolleyes:

 

Hopefully, the girls will go back to the US and promote (radio tours, interviews, maybe even performances).
