Haven't all/majority of their songs been playlisted by the main radio shows though? So it wasn't really a "turn around". I'm surprised they've managed to keep them on side, but less so with this track as it was always meant to be a hit. This sounded like it was going to be one of their biggest hits since it premiered, so radio and tv would have been foolish not to get behind it, tbh.

If I remember correctly, Higher was the last time they went top 10 on radio. Notorious peaked at something like #17, All Fired Up at #13, My Heart Takes Over wasn't top 50 and 30 Days went to #19 and they all had really short airplay runs. TV always supported them but they were never huge on TV, they kinda had really average chart runs there.

'What About Us' was at #24 or something the week it was released and only now that it's went to #1 has it started shooting up the airplay charts and hitting a new peak on TV.

My Heart Takes Over went #43 & 30 Days was higher than #19 but dropped like a stone afterwords.

'What About Us' is their highest radio peak since 'Higher' Shadow, so your right. Here's all of them..

01 Missing You

04 Issues

06 Just Can't Get Enough

06 Forever Is Over

07 Higher

11 Up

14 Ego

14 All Fired Up

16 Work

19 30 Days

29 Notorious

32 If This Is Love

43 My Heart Takes Over

It's quite surprising for me that they have only had 5 top tens and that 'Up', 'Ego' and 'All Fired Up' missed the top ten! Even more surprising that Missing You was a radio number 1 because I can't even remember hearing it that often.

On Kiss FM in my area played it like crazy! Once even I remember they played it, played another song or a couple maybe then played it again lol!

I swear i heard it on capital everytime i got in!
oh well, still top 3 :D any idea on sales?
Hoping they can hold onto number 3 but I think #4 will be more likely and worst case scenario #5.
I'm predicting a 1-3-4 chart run which is still brilliant regardless!
Well it's much better than anyone could have expected, and to be so close to selling 200k in 2 weeks is insane.

If they sold 70k this week, they would beat their previous first week record (All Fired Up) with their second week as well as first week! :o WOW! I hope it's sold that much, but 65k would be more realistic (which is still amazing).

They should hopefully hold onto their fastest selling single crown too based on Duke Dumont's performance so far on iTunes! :D

That takes it to 184k (estimated) in 2 weeks!

Wow! Where did you get them figures from Joseph? That's amazing how they sold that much in the SECOND week!

The Sales thread in the chart forum! ^_^

I predict a #3 chart placing for next week as Pj and Duncan's song should begin to free fall. (We got a taster of how it's gonna fall on Friday). It went from 1.000 to 85.654 in one hour before going back to number one after they're show, so it should begin to fall!

Any predictions on how much this will sell by the time it falls out of the Top 75? I'm guessing it'll be around 410,000

Side Note: This is #1 for a second week in Scotland. They always seem to do really well on the Scottish chart (30 Days was only a few sales away from #1)

it was 12 copies from #1 here in Scotland, and I think they should realize that Scotland is obviously a place where they do really well = more concerts up here :D
