Oh hey ya'll. Just about to drop my top 40 Britney tracks of all time. I used an unphotoshopped picture of Britney so all the haters could go get hydrated, maybe get active and do something with their lives.

40-35 coming momentarily.

40.Mona Lisa.

(Album: Unreleased Tracks)

Mona Lisa comes in at #40. Because not only do I find it to be awesome. But it basically tells Britney's life story. Britney started the teen pop girl phase. And Britney at this point Britney was ready to end it. She showed she wanted to grow. Crazily enough... her life soon "fell apart" after she tried to make this album (Original Doll). "Now ladies does that make you cry? Now fellas you have to say goodbye. Because Mona Lisa has to fly. Everyone may we have a moment of silence?". Funny though... after this everyone said Britney no longer cared, was dead in the eyes. Coincidence?

39. Where Are You Now

(Album: Oops... I Did It Again)

Britney's best vocal, imo. It reminds me of my childhood. Whenever I listen to this track, I remember why I fell in love with her in the first place. That note at the end. GIIIIIIIRRRRRRLLLLL YOU BETTA WORK!

38. Born To Make You Happy

(Album: ...Baby One More Time)

I remember being 8 years old and thinking this should be the theme song to Titanic. I WAS 8, but hey, it kinda fits. Just think about Rose singing this after JAck was arrested.... perfect, right? But seriously, great song. Did I mention I was obsessed with her?

37. Trouble

(Album: Circus)

BONUS TRACK FROM CIRCUS. f*** YOU CIRCUS. This is one out of a couple more to come from my countdown that should have been SINGLES. And you make them BONUS TRACKS. My cock needs to be sucked, get to it, Jive.

LISTEN:

36.My Prerogative

(Album: Greatest Hits: My Prerogative)

UM. You prefer Bobby Browns? Get out of my face. Britney and Bloodshy took this track and WORKED IT OUT. They showed Bobby how to make a single. This was released at a perfect time in her career. You just felt it. I felt it, I was like... f*** YEAH DO YOUR SHIT BRITNEY.

I got drunk and lost my list. :(

ANOTHER DAY IN THE LIFE OF TYLER.

Everytime needs to be your #1! It's my favourite Britney song.

35.TOY SOLDIER

(Album: Blackout)

'COMIN' BACK LOOKIN' DELICIOUS'. First track from 'Blackout' on my countdown, and many more to come. The best thing about Blackout are how the production of every song just was absolutely perfect. The production is so MILITANT. Britney just doesn't give a f***. It's a beautiful combination, should have been a single. Just like every song on 'Blacout, tbh.

34.If You Seek Amy

(Album: Circus)

How many people do you think listen to this song an still don't know what the f*** is going on? And Max Martin + Britney Spears = No wrong can ever be done.

To be honest, I still don't understand what's going on in If U Seek Amy. I blame my naivety. :P

All of the boys and all of the girls are begging to F. U. C. K. ME. lol.

33.CAN'T MAKE YOU LOVE ME

(Album: Oops... I Did It Again)

- BUBBLEGUM POP PERFECTION. This should have been a single, it should have followed up 'Stronger' and then the album should have closed with 'Where Are You Now'. Why this didn't happen, is another reason why me and Jive have a very serious love/hate relatinship. And I'm sure RCA won't be on my Christmas card list this Winter, either.

32.Unusual You

(Album: Circus)

-I know #32 seems really low for this amazing song. But you all have to unserstand that every song from the top 36 are 10/10 moments for me. This has beautiful lyrics, a beautiful melody. BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS, OKAY? Should have been a single instead of 'Radar', which has BEEN forever tarnished.

Oh! :drama: It makes sense now!

More love for 'Where Are You Now?'! Absolutely stunning song. I don't not care about any of these songs so far! It is really showing just how much I love her and how good her backs catalogue really is! I've got time for all of these so far and would choose to listen to them. 'Unusual You' is admittedly a bit low though, but it has eventually ended up about where I would rank it tbh. It's stunning and definitely should have been a single, but it's not QUITE "perfect" for me.

'Baby One More Time' or 'And Then We Kiss' have this won I reckon. But as long as 'Everytime' finishes highly (i.e. at least in the top half), I'll love this countdown forever!

BOTH GEMS, TBH. I still die slightly every time I hear the instrumental for 'ATWK'.

You'd better place the legendary Piece Of Me into your Top 5, otherwise I shall be forced to chase you and cut your face.

Good day, Tyler.

"Born To Make You Happy" : best song from "Baby One More Time", even more classic, than titled track for me.

"Can Make You Love Me" : "Oops ! " is my favourite Britney album. I had a wish about "Dear Diary" as the next single after "Lucky" :music:

"If You Seek Amy" : One from the best Britney songs. ALL singles from "Circus" were amazing.

"Unusual You" : my sister loves this song very much (In her top 2 favourite Britney's songs with "Everytime").

Shame on me, I never heard those bonus tracks. Hope, that "Lucky" in your top 40.

Moving On:

31.Get Naked (I Got A Plan)

(Album: Blackout)

Can we all just take a moment to admit that, Britney + Danja = nothing but magical, sexy as hell music. The best thing about this song, IMO... is that I have still yet to hear anything similar to it. Like most of Blackout, people have tried to replicate, but why buy cubic circonium when you already got the diamond back in 2007?

Enjoy this Circus tour performance of the track:

30.I Wanna Go

(Album: Femme Fatale)

One of the highlights of Brit's latest album, further proving that Max Martin and Dr. Luke, still got it... and may never lose it. This was my favorite moment on the entire tour, the entire stadium turned into a giant mosh pit. People were throwing beer, glitter, condoms... it was like a glimpse of heaven. Only better then I ever could have imagined.

I Wanna Go is brilliant, but Til The World Ends and Hold It Against Me are even better! They need to be in your Top 10! :D

29.Sometimes

Awwww. This song just reminds me of the days when I was 9 years old running around the house with a hairbrush screaming this song! My parents must have been terrified at the realization of my sexuality. Such a sweet and simple track, and definitely a major highlight from the BOMT era... and BETTER then BTMYH. I said it!

28.Ooh Ooh Baby

(Album: Blackout)

Blackout is already on it's third entry, ya'll! And it is not close to drying out! Even though a lot of people praise and worship this album, I feel like this song gets lost in the dust at times. The guitar on this is enchanting, to say the least... and Britney gives her best vocal by far on the entire album. Very organic, almost like a lost single from the Oops era, that was born in 2020.
