Drinking From The Bottle is incredible and that bland piece of rubbish could never compete with a song that is anthemic as Drinking From The Bottle. :kink:

One Direction's 'One way or another' is now at number 1 on 60 iTunes charts!!! Must be a record... ;)

and they did it with a cover of a song that's already been covered hundreds of time!!!!

 

Although one where the original was far from universally released as a single...

 

TBH, I'm surprised that the original is only #175 on iTunes here, given that it was never a UK single - I expected T50 at least.

I don't think Little Mix has a chance to be ever back to top 10 again, unless they perform the single on the BRIT Awards, which won't happen. Reducing the song to 59p doesn't guarantee a boost either (Amelia will tell you that :P). They are actually holding up quite nicely with the current price, much better than I expected.

 

Olly needs to be climbing faster, I want him in the top 20 by the BRIT Awards starts :(

Amelia was always going to fall though, that's a different situation. I think with Change Your Life if it was made 59p, it would get quite a significant boost, not guaranteed, but i'd say it would, majority of songs do climb.

Baauer is already back up to >80% of them less than 18 hours after he had dropped to 62.5%. Would be very, very surprised if they ended up the top seller of the week.

 

Their lead is collapsing quickly here as well. Macklemore up to 0.7188 15 hours after also dropping to 0.625.

LOL at 1Ds collapse - the song will be up and down the top 10 in the next month as comic relief and its associated promo comes and goes - its not as if the quality of the song will hold it up lol.

 

Could well be a 3 way battle for the top spot this week but the pre-orders for 1D will be massive and could give it a decent lead - although they may struggle to sell more than 80k!

 

Anyone know if Tyler james is top 40 combined?
