Predcitions for this afternoon's playlist? I guess the most obvious two are:

Katy Perry – Roar

Lady Gaga – Applause

Both straight to B-list?

Also quite a few others in with a chance this week:

Arctic Monkeys – Why D'You Only Call Me When You're High?

2 Chainz feat. Pharrell – Feds Watching

Armin Van Buuren – Beautiful Life

Austin Mahone – What About Love

Biffy Clyro – Victory Over The Sun

Capital Cities – Safe & Sound

Example – All The Wrong Places

Mikill Pane – Summer In The City

The Other Tribe – My Girl

30 Seconds To Mars – Do Or Die

Could be an exciting week for additions I reckon!

Not sure if they'll playlist The Wanted, they ignored Walks Like Rihanna so this might be it for them with Radio 1?

Yeah thats true. Have capital added their new one? Think they have a video so the single should stabilise if these things jump on board!

I've heard it a few times on Capital so I presume it must be on their playlist by now.

EDIT: just checked the thread on here and yeah it is!

Anyone think The Styrpes will get playlisted with their new single? Think all the songs released before have been from eps and this ones from the new album!
Hopefully Radio 1 haven't given up on Lady GaGa despite her underperformance on iTunes. I'm confident that she'll be C-listed this week ^_^

Nah, there's no way Radio 1 will snub Gaga.

I think that they might also add Drake seen as he's doing pretty well on itunes.

For a few outside chances, a few possible additions either this week or (most likely) next:

Jagwar Ma - 'Come Save Me'

Half Moon Run - 'She Wants to Know'

Joel Compass - 'Astronaut'

(and doesn't Tom Odell have a new single out soon too?)

Yeah I thought he was releasing Grow Old With Me but it seems to have disappeared from the release schedule
Tom Odells new single is record of the week for Matt Edminson, they will playlist it|!

OK predictions for this afternoon people... I'm going for:

Drake - Hold On, We're Going Home

Chvrches - The Mother We Share

Tom Odell - Grow Old With Me

Jason Derulo - Talk Dirty

Mutya Keisha Siobhan - Flatline (I really think they'll playlist it)

Sub Focus feat. Kele - Turn It Around

Possibly, but might have missed the boat now:

Capital Cities - Safe & Sound

Mikill Pane - Summer In The City

The Other Tribe - My Girl

I agree with the first selection, I can see the bottom 3 going on the INMWT playlist but who knows

Drake could go straight to B list I think but I hope MKS and Alex Metric can get on there soon!

Surely Capital Cities would be too 'pop' for the INMWT list?

^^ Dont think its how 'pop' it is more to do with whether an artist is known by listeners etc but im sure people will point out times when this wasnt the case.

Praying MKS make it on there this afternoon, don't see no reason why they shouldn't.

Avril Lavigne

They didnt support the first Avrilsingle so doubt they will with this!

Think these will be on this week:

Capital Cities "Safe & Sound"

CHVRCHES "The Mother We Share"

Haim "The Wire"

Alex Metric & Jacques Lu Cont ft. Malin "Safe With You"

Mutya Keisha Siobhan "Flatline" (I say this every week...)

The Strypes "What A Shame"

and some outsiders...

Birdy "Wings (Not a Little Mix cover, I've actually started to make my own songs rather than lazily ruin indie songs) [HeartFM/vidcapper no rap Edit]"

The Naked And Famous "Hearts Like Ours"

Flo-Rida ft. Pitbull "Can't Believe It"

Well I can't think of many 'pop' acts that have been on the INMWT list.
