March 6, 201312 yr 'Shadow', 'My Prerogative' and 'Satisfaction' should definitely all be higher. Other than that, Buzzjack has done well so far!

'Bombastic Love' | ('Britney') 7.706 Well we're getting past (most of [/still bitter]) the "filler" material and heading into the "would have made a decent single choice, if it came down to it" sort of selection. The biggest loser in this section were 'Oops I Did It Again' & 'Britney', both losing 3 a piece. Britney's first UK number 1 since 'Everytime', is in this section. 'Scream & Shout' fails to make the top 50 and tbh, I'd agree with it's positioning. Although, it's still brilliant! Britney's first collaboration with Will, 'Big Fat Bass', also features at number 66 and loses a tie situation! 'Out From Under' from the 'Circus' era is in here. It should be much, much higher imo. But Buzzjack seems to have a major dislike towards a lot of Britney's ballads/the ones that weren't very big hits! OUTRAGE! The poptastic 'Anticipating' is at 69 with the hugely under appreciated (Casey__ is CORRECT!) 'Bombastic Love'!
March 7, 201312 yr What a genuinely incredible section! I love pretty much all of them! 'Bombastic Love' is FAR too low! It really is one of my faves now. In fact, as I always say 'Britney' is such an underrated album, i love it so much. 'Out From Under' is great too, and the 'Oops' songs are among the best from the album (bar the singles), 'Don't Go Knockin' On My Door' and 'What U See (Is What U Get)' are GEMS.

'Gasoline' | ('Femme Fatale') 7.868 060. 'Showdown' | ('In The Zone') 7.861 This section we see losses from all albums post the 'Oops...' album! Bar the singles, I don't think there are actually any more tracks from the first two left to get rid of  This section seems about right for most of these songs though. 'Perfect Lover' being the 2nd main track from 'Blackout' to appear. But 'Get Back' is the final of the bonuses from that era, to feature. The cancelled single 'Outrageous' is up next and it was cancelled due to Britney seriously injuring her knee. It's believed that this injury has prevented Britney from being as daring with her choreography as she used to be. She never completed the official video for it, due to this injury. The ridiculously under appreciated 'Do Somethin'' is in a not so surprising position. I do believe it deserved higher though. Such a great song.

'Trouble' | ('Circus') 8.056 Song of Choix (2): 'Someday (I Will Understand)' | (N/A) kBtBfGxNqpY We actually have a THREE WAY TIE at #41! Due to receiving NO 11's (the other two received 2 & 3 respectively) 'Get Naked (I Got A Plan)' loses out. Britney's unknown by many ballad, 'Someday (I Will Understand)' is at #42. Her collaboration with Madonna is at #43 with single '3', trailing behind. 'How I Roll' is far too low though. It really should be top 20! It's BRILLIANT. It deserved a video and it's such a strange song because when I first heard it, it was quite a dark and gloomy (still amazing, though!) pop song. But watching her performance of it on youtube on her tour and stuff, really showed it could actually be a really fun, colourful pop video! SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SINGLE, DAMN IT :(
March 8, 201312 yr Author So as we hit the Top 40 of Buzzjack's Ultimate Britney Spears Rate, here are how many songs each album/era has left to offer. 04 'Baby One More Time' 03 'Oops I Did It Again' 05 'Britney' 04 'In The Zone' 08 'Blackout' 08 'Circus' 07 'Femme Fatale' 01 OTHER. Which album will have the winning song on? Which track do you think will win?
March 8, 201312 yr Get Naked, Get Back, Kill The Lights and Trouble should have all been higher imo, all amazing!
March 8, 201312 yr Song of Choix: 'Deep In My Heart' | ('Baby One More Time') xGVDDSHg9-E 091. 'Don't Keep Me Waiting' | ('Femme Fatale') 7.111 092. 'The Hook Up' | ('In The Zone') 7.059 093. 'That's Where You Take Me' | ('Britney') 6.794 100. 'Girl In the Mirror' | ('Oops I Did It Again') 6.733 Kicking off the top 100 and each section of the rate has at LEAST one song in this part, with the first two albums each having two songs a piece. 'Femme Fatale' makes it's first showing with 'Don't Keep Me Waiting' at 91. 'In The Zone' bonus track, 'The Hook Up' enters at #92! 'Blackout''s first entry also appears here under the song, 'Why Should I Be Sad?' Ridiculously underrated! Two of my personal favourite Britney tracks (both of which received my respective 11's!) finish on a tie at #95 & #96, only to be separated by number of 10's. 'Baby One More Time' bonus track, 'Autumn Goodbye' finishes at #97, beating majority of the album! 'Heart' is one of 'Oops'' bonus tracks and like 'Autumn Goodbye' manages to defeat many of the albums main tracks. The cute and sweet 'That's Where You Take Me' finishes (undeservedly) at #99 and one of 'Oops' signature ballads, 'Girl In the Mirror', scrapes in at #100. Did I not give Why Should I Be Sad an 11?
March 8, 201312 yr Author Did I not give Why Should I Be Sad an 11?Yeah you did. I haven't revealed the highest scorers for each song etc... not doing so until the top 20 I don't think. EDIT: I think you might have mis-read my comment and assumed I was talking about 'Why Should I Be Sad?' in the tie situation, when WSIBS didn't tie and I was referring to 'Deep In My Heart' and 'The Joy of Pepsi'. :P (Will re word it though as I can see how you got confused).
March 13, 201312 yr 8 songs from "Blackout" in top 40 :( :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

'And Then We Kiss' is at number 31 and kicking things off for us. I find this track the epitome of "very good but very overrated". 2nd ever single, 'Sometimes' crashes out at #32. Unlike the former song though, this one is completely underrated! 'Heaven On Earth' is at #33 with 'Lonely', taken from Britney's 3rd album, 'Britney' ending up at #34. Brilliant, pop song with lots of attitude! Another 'Blackout' track falls out (Alex Range rejoices!) with 'Ooh Ooh Baby' at #35. The song which really, should have been at least one minute longer and the brilliant 'Shattered Glass' is up next. Fan favourite, 'Unusual You', finishes in a pretty low position. I was definitely expecting higher I think! The most overrated track from 'Femme Fatale' finishes at #38. It's good, but the chorus starts off so strong and just turns into an ultimate letdown! 'Lucky' is next at #39, another one of her most underrated singles and 'I'm Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman' ties us up at number 40.
March 13, 201312 yr SOMETIMES and (particularly) HEAVEN ON EARTH!?!? Both top 20 worthy songs :o  Edited March 13, 201312 yr by HausofKubrick
March 13, 201312 yr I would have had Sometimes and I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman higher. Also Heaven on Earth would be higher I thought it was really underrated but #33 is a pretty good position.
March 13, 201312 yr Author I adore 'Sometimes' I ESPECIALLY love this performance of it. zoPsoO30Ec0 There's something so endearing and charming about it AND it's live (!!! etc..)
March 13, 201312 yr And Then We Kiss and Heaven On earth THAT LOW? Ouch my heart. and btw Shadow >>>>>>> Everytime FACT
