BJSC 90

Shay ended our BJSC year on a low with a 21st place in the semi final. This costs us winning the 2016 Year End Chart.

Shay has since been banned from Yehesian grounds and is currently residing in low-class nation Buzzjack Mountain.

A nation in mourning

A few minutes ago news broke out of the death of President Cecelia 'Alexandra' Burke in a tragic turn of events.

According to the latest updates from our reporters within the Green House several explosions have taken place in several

She was found dead in her office last night but a statement wasn't give till tonight.

"It is with our biggest regret that we have to report that our beloved President, Ms. Cecilia Burke, has passed away last night.

We found her lifeless body in her office after she was brought dinner. She was on the verge of signing a treaty with Taahino,

that would give free travel and extra trade privileges to them. We are currently investigating the cause of death and we cannot

further disclose any details about this"

The rumour mill has immediately started turning faster than ever and the most common rumour seems to be a poisoning by a Taahino

opposed group called Anti-Ginger-Clan. Immediately after reports broke out the clan started protesting the treaty again and burned pictures

of Burke. This lead to reaction from other groups and has caused several riots already.

The Federal Police had to be brought with water cannons and teargas to stop the riots. So far the damages are in the millions, due to

cars being lit, shops being purged and public property being ruined. The Yehesian government is currently struggling to get a hold

of the situation and has reached out to its allies for extra resources

We will report back later

BJSC 94: The Results

Ella On The Run has disappointed the nation as Walk Away turned out to be last in the final, with the lowest ever non-deducted finalist under the 18-point system.
With only 58 points gathered this is yet another blow to the BJSC-aspirations of the YBC. With ever-rising tentions in the country this flop couldn't have come at a worse time.
Several politicians were never a fan of Yehesi pumping a lot of money into BJSC, but the cries have become louder all over the country.

Feeding of frustration

Yehesi in turmoil

Yehesi has seena rise in violence since the President was found dead. Tests have shown various poisonous substances in Burke's blood, which has caused the pointing of fingers.
Over the weekend several events have occured and Yehesi seems to be falling apart.

The region of Cercia in the Fremmenik Province has declared its own independence. The region has always been a bit of a problem for the central government, due
to the big differences between that region and the rest of the nation. It seems preperations have been going on for longer as the rebels of the overtook the city of Marson
with heavy force and have taken control of it's surroundings as well.

Tramar "Flo-Rida" Dillard took immediate action and sent armies to Marson, but so far the battle is still raging on and none of the armies are planning on backing down.
Deaths so far are on 657, but are doomed to rise further if this fight isn't ended soon. Representatives from both sides have gathered and are in talks of a peace treaty, but so far
nothing has come from this.

Following this rebellion, several other cities have been targeted by various groups.
In Ralkim several public service buildings like police stations, public transport and hospitals have been vandalised and attacked.
A hospital in the south of the city was captured by the rebel group 'Vrij Yehesi'. It was taken back several hours later, but the damages are in the millions.

So far the capital Enthen and the second city of the country Korad Upon Leyr are relatively calm compared to the north and west of the country.
The harbour of Port St. Niad has been blocked by rebellous group Yefree. The government has called for help from their allies, but so far only Pupok has responded positively and
has sent ships to end the blockade. In other parts of the cities rebel camps have started appearing and fights between the Yefree's and the federal police have cost dozens of lifes on both
sides so far.

In a statement interim-president of Yehesi, Shaffer "Ne-Yo" Smith has said: "The rebel groups are stronger than we had anticipated. We are currently investigating how they got
so strong so fast and where they got their weapons. All our evidence currently points towards neighbouring country and frenemy Ethanola, but nothing has been confirmed
yet. Due to the strength of the rebels we have asked for help from our allies. We will do whatever it takes to make Yehesi safe for every inhabitant again."

"Our main goal right now is to bring peace back and to keep the stable regions stable. We are on top of our game and any indication of more violence
will be shut down as fast as possible. We have stationed extra military divisions and police on the streets of our cities.

Even my flops are iconic, when will your faves
Looking at my notes,I see I gave it 6.2 out of 10. That wasn't enough to earn any points but there were plenty of songs with lower marks. I only gave the winning song by Trivoski 3.4 out of ten.

Yehesi is announcing their departure from the Buzzjack Song Contest. The viewing numbers have been going down time after time. The Yehesian Broadcasting Company stayed to maintain the qualification streak and now that is gone nothing is keeping us.

We want to thank all the other nations for their great and sometomes absolutely tragic entries, from which many climbed the Yehesian charts. We had a great time during the 49 contests we participated it.

RIP Yehesi in BJSC LII-C

not even getting a special 50th anniversary song from the beast before your departure then? :(
