I think regardless of people considering it to be 'tasteless' or 'humorous', at the end of the day it is climbing up the iTunes chart and it's something that should be accepted, because it could very well end up on next week's chart show. I'm not saying it's right but could happen.

I'm actually wondering how high it will end up climbing on iTunes.

Will the Judy Garland song be the oldest song to chart since it was recorded? I think there were songs from the 1800's that have charted before.

Well that's going to be an awkward one to introduce on the chart show. to #30 and Elvis Costello  to #96 now.

I remember Kaiser Chiefs' 'I Predict A Riot' recharting in the low top 100 on iTunes during the London riots, as a similar poor taste boost :P

If Judy Garland does chart, then it will instantly set the record for longest gap between top 40 entries. Garland last entered the top 40 with "The Man That Got Away" way back in 1955.

It's interesting that it's being credited to Judy Garland, because as far as I can remember, she doesn't sing that song on the Wizard of Oz soundtrack, it's the Munchkins that do so.

The entire album is credited to 'Judy Garland (Et Al.)' - I don't know which album it is though, I can't seem to find it on discogs.com.

LivePopBars is really f***ed ATM. :(

It was working yesterday evening, but appears to be struggling again this morning - after many refreshes, I was able to get *some* positions, but it's totally inconsistant from one refresh to the next.

I predict when its fixed Judy Graland will mysteriously have dissappeared from the chart?!

I think it would be hilarious if it charted the chart after all symbolises a moment in history after all!

I think if they're downloading the Judy Garland version of Ding Dong, it will be a version she did for an album, rather then the actual version featured in the Wizard Of Oz, more like the version that Glee covered

:ne: 357. Diana Vickers - Cinderella (Pre-order)

So high already!!! :w00t:

Whether you liked her or not, this is a bit disrespectful to her family.
